"He's old enough to be your father," Mitra says

"What, who?" Nancy blinks.

"Sir Bachdion?"

"Yeah, met him but he's nt old enough to be my father" Nancy says

Jessica exchanges glances with Mitra.

Mitra looks confused "Sir Bachdion, gray patches, faded mein?"

'Sir Bachdion, hot stud wilder, and hung like a horse pooka" Nancy says

Jessica blinks for multiple reasons. "The Springs.... Mitra, go check."

"Right away..." She moves

Nancy blinks "What about the springs, they heal right? I mean.. this isn't florida"

"No, the guy who walked in here.. he was -old-. Some kind of ER visit, and he used a lot of Glamour and... well, his Baroness asked if he could come here so of course I said yes and.... well... I guess it sounds like it worked?"

"Got to be chicanery, a joke..." Nancy says

Mitra comes back "I.. he's.. he looks twenty five, twenty six tops. It's amazing. I don't... this can't be Fenix. Surely if it could do that word would have gotten out"

"Maybe word is about to? Damn. Crap. Ok....." Jessica braces herself, reminds herself of who she is and what she's done and seen.... and goes into the springs cave. "Um. Sir Bachdion? May I come in?"

"I'm covered mostly if that's what you're worried about" A laugh

"Fantastic, thank you," the still shirtless man bows, towel around his waist. He's... good looking yes, but mostly presentation, nice smile "I do believe an hour in your baths has done me more good than a mont whould at most spas. You are both gracious and lovely"

Horrified, Jessica feels a blush rise. "Right, well, good, glad to help, please stay as long as you like, excuse me....." backing out.

"Yummy, right?" Nancy says

She looks at Mitra. "The effects of the spring on him?"

"We haven't seen that before, right?"

"There's not even on record" Mitra says

"Right. So... was it him, or the springs, or what happened to him, or... what? Oh! Fontaine!"

Jessica looks to the cave, occupied, and stops. "Ok, so... we need to talk to him."

"Fontaine, we so often ignore him... " Mitra admits "But he has powers we don't understand."

"Nancy... could you ask Constance to join us here? Please?"

"Sure thing..." and off she goes. Constance does not take long to show.

"You called, lady?" She has her books and notes and so on

"Constance... we've noticed a... new development. Have you read anything about this place that involves someone getting ... younger? In the springs?"

"The balor years kept poor records, destroyed some years worth of knowledge."

She nods, understanding.

"However... some references from the older times, dating far back ..." She says pulling out notes "References to renewal"

"Could you, um, summerize?"

"Alas, summary is all I have... " She reads outloud "Shadow Lane, notorious sluagh, did partake of the waters... the crone rose renewed and said 'I shall be ruined' and fled the hold"

Jessica blinks. "Ok, well... Ok."

"We thought it meant she was healed and ingrateful, but..." A hem

"But... um. If she got out younger....um."

"Sluagh VALUE age...hags and crones are respected" Constance says

"Right. Ok." She spends some time thinking, then shrugs. "Ok. So...she felt like she was.... shortchanged? Wait. Other have used the springs, heck, -I- have used them......without getting younger."

"that's what i don't understand" Mitra admits

Jessica seems relieved to be in company if confused.

"We need more records, more information" Mitra says "if this is something that can happen at will, then this isn't just a hold.. it's the most valuble hold in Concordia"
