Shuri's fingers close on the triangle-ish thing and she tugs.

"you give your kid a water pistol with a substandard air press pump? " Asho says releasing the triangle thing and taking the gun in exchange, "here, I can improve this."

"Hey....." Jessica thinks NOW To interpose herself.....

"And you can furking trust me. I'm a toy maker"

Mitra's hand went to her hilt, she and Tweak argue, but she looks ready to stab the man at Tweak's request

Tweak gives him a skeptical once over. "Yeah, I give her low-power shit. Her aim too good t' risk wit full-on blast. You wanna lose your nuts next time?" she nods toward the stain on his pants.

She seems to have relaxed somewhat, recognizing a fellow crafter, but keeping a close eye on Shuri....who is gnawing on the toy, covering it with a liberal layer of drool.

"Who th' fuck is you, anyways?"

"Mmmph easily mitigated with an adjustment to the nozzle, look... I hear you consortium types are rumored to be hot shit, but if you were mistress Tweak herself I'd tell you to relax. I'm a professional. Best toy maker for miles no matter where you put me"

"Name's Asho, I was trained by the Tekla Clatterfingers"

Tweak gives Jessica and Mitra a wry smirk. "You wanna break it to him?"

"Oh this is too precious, " Mitra says, then looks to Jessica, "Unless you want to?"

Though she does give a bit of a respectful look at the name dropping. "Clatterfingers, huh? Yeah, a'ight...that ain' nothin', that fer sure."

Shuri's drool is in rainbow colors now

Jessica clears her throat. "Um. Mistress Tweak?"

This delights the near-toddler even more, and she gurgles happily.

Asho looks behind him while working "Where? I'm not properly furkin dressed."

Mitra grins

Tweak cups a hand to her ear. "Speak up, B, seem like I can't fuckin' hear ya." She's enjoying this too much.

Jessica takes a deep breath in. "Asho.... May I introduce you to Mistress Tweak?" She gestures.

Tweak notices two things, one thing is, damn, this weird object may cause her to have funny colored spit, but Shuri seems to adore it. Second, he's really adjusting that gun almost like he could do it blindfolded.

Asho turns and then nearly drops the gun but he catches it, and a spray blasts Tweak in the forehead. "Furk shit drek..."

It does not take her head off or anything, it's got more range without preessure being overwhelming

Jessica ... just.... leaps, pounces on the other nocker, flattening him if she can.

And he's down

Tweak startles and stills, her face frozen in a reaction squint as the water slowly drips down her face....

And Shuri LAUGHS happily, the pre-verbal equivalent of do it again!

A groan "Are you loca? I .. it's a water pistol"

Tweak sighs and pulls a rag out of a cargo pocket, wipes her face, and says, "You ain' know we gots attack-trolls 'round here?" She sighs, "Let him up, B."

Mitra comments "good take down though, fast."

"Oh, Asho, you are currently being made thinner and flatter thanks to Jessica, Chapulleh and Freeholder of this Fief. She rules here."

Jess levers up a bit. "You sure?"

"oh" Asho says at Mitra's comment "My.." A groan "thanks for restoring me"

"Yeah, yeah...he right, it jus' fuckin' water."

Jessica gets up, and then gets Asho up.

"Here, here, please, keep the Impossible Prismatic Triangle with my respects and apology. It's from my 'please god, distract the child for ten minutes that's all I ask' designs"

"Long title if on he nose" Mitra says regarding the name of the designs.

"Who asked you?" Asho says

"Huh. You got more along that line, Asshole?"

"Asshole? How do you furking get Asshole from Asho?" he says.

"Oh my god, he's s erious" Phobos says

Asho gets up slowly, dusts himself off, "Three or so on me, but give me the right gear I can make plenty"

Shuri is dangling the toy, no sharp edges on it despite it's shape .

Jessica steps back; let the nocker dealt with the nocker.....
