"Fiona" Alanza says

"What!?!" He grins at them.

"You know what" Zane smiles

"I think they mean your lust for thrills and fearless nature" Veronika beams

"Yeah, probably something like that." He agrees. "Who's next?"

"I'll go.. " More fun is had... until finally

one of them, Ping, slips and whomps into the door.. she was a cat with four tiny socks so it's not a big whomp

The door opens and Jack stares out "What the heck are you wilders doing?" He picks up the cat and makes sure she's okay

"Crap!" Adam slides up to them. "She ok?"

"She's fine... she's trying to nuzzle in my shirt for warmth" A look "Why are you all in socks?"

"I mean.... that's not -all- we're wearing...."

"We're sliding. On the floor."

"That happens when you wear socks without shoes" he says

The other wilders blush a bit and mutter

"No, Imean.... it's a contest. Right now I'm in hte lead but there's a couple who are super close to overtaking me. My personal best is five doors."

"He keeps edging me out.. but I'll get there " ALanza chimes in

Jack stares at them, then shakes his head, "Wilders. When you're all done, come on by I'll have some free soda and lemonade"

He sits Zing down.. and walks back into his pub chuckling, saying something about wilders.

"Hey, that's super nice of you, Mr. Jack!" Adam smart-asses.

"Don't push iiiit" Zane says through his teeth though some of the others are snickering

"Jack -is- cool." Adam says. "Zing, you ok?"

"Kittens and mittens" She assures now two legged again and holdes up the socks still on her hands

"Awright! Who's up?"

"My turn!" Alanza says and the game is on again.

Adam applauds and encourages the sliders as he stands next to Zane. "Everything good in Jersey?"

Zane says "Better than it was. SUPER tense for a bit"

"That Daireanne thing?"

"Yup. I told you most of it, but it lingered. Oh, snow is healthy again. She stole an orange"

"Good. Iknow Dag would be crushed if anything bad happened to Snow."

"Hey, I'm supposed to get Sained in a few weeks. If you're allowed, can you come?"

"She nearly was." A smile "Dude. I am SO there" He nods "Anyone else you want me to invite at the old RV?"

A shrug. "Not really in touch with anyoen but you."

"Not even Jonhny>.err Jimmy?"

"Who? Oh! Yeah, I guess. If I'm allowed."

"I bet you are man..." A clap on the shoulder

"I've asked. Waiting to hear."

"You're allowed" A voice calls down

Adam looks up towards the voice. "Who.... Sir Magnus?"

"Your welcome.. and it's me , SIR disembodied voice of exposition" Oh, it's Magnus

"I'm allowed, Sir?"

"Yes to invite folsk and so forth" he says

"Oh!" that cheers him "Is there a limit? Are others to be Sained at the same time?"

"Is there a dress code?"

"Do you want to come sliding with us?"

"I think there will be others from the duchy sained. Dress snazzy formal .. or in white robe. Both are formal. If do go with the robe, well , I'm pretty sure a black armband or the like would be understood" Not unkindly

He nods, still looking up at Magnus.

"Are we going to the Duchy then?"

"Still not sure on that. I'll get back to you"

"Yes, Sir. Thank you." he calls up, then looks at Zane. "So...that's what I know for now."
