Zara weaves under this current, and sliding over that one... getting outside.

The Eshu is having more trouble... but following

AUGUST is being thanked for the food, where he sees something brighter than a 'Skybeam' in a hollywood movie over the suburbs area in the distance

Making his excuses, and truthfully, he's done a lot, he can begin heading that way

The two boys appear to be dancing wildly in the maelstrom, their humanity submerged under their new selves, or perhaps it is their old selves.

It's both!

One of the boys prances on satyr hooves, and the other blinks in wonder with feline eyes! But this was ordained, was it not, that the Dreaming would bestow a strong seed on the conception so that the childlings would, like their fathers, be kithain. More than that, the SAME Kithain. Pooka and Satyr..

The Eshu comes out and she ducks a low swinging rainbow, then says "Drat. Neither of the Road Princes"

But she smiles, for it is always good to have ANY Kithain awaken

"Nay. But my offer stands for tea and hospitality."

She takes her phone, going to the texts to Bachdion & Vince. "Amendment: Twas NOW. Congratulations."

Zara steps forwards, white hair stirring in the wind. 1122 and the sisters have found perches on her person - and the cheeky bastard waves again!

For a moment, Zara worries the Eshu might make a grab for one of the boys as she does step forward too... but she seems more pleased than greedy, "Cute lads, their fathers should be pro..." And that is when the carriage pulls up, doors swinging open, and two whips lash out , not to wound, but to grab! The Eshu's gift of timing and being in the right place at the right time, lets her make a choice, and she moves in front of the satyr lad and takes the 'hit' instead.

Zara hisses and dives in front of the pooka!

And she too is caught instead, the boys gape at their rescuers, who like them, are magic! Zara and the Eshu find themselves pulled into the carriage. The 'whips' are more like tendrils, meant to hold them fast as this carriage begins to deliver them as they were meant to deliver trhe children.

"This isn't my doing" The Eshu says as she struggles

"Nay, villains!"

Zara squirms against the bonds.

Zara does have one advantage... she can still squirm. A trap meant to hold a satyr has more trouble with her

Fiddlesome thing, she IS getting free, but it's wily and taking time

Zara hocks up a big phlegmy wad of sputum with a rather unsettling noise at all odds to her gracious notes earlier, and then SPITS that loogie against the wall of the carriage. ((Foul Fortune!))

The carriage seems to BE The kidnapper, if there is a rider or guard here, she sees them not, and she misses nearly nothing as a rule. Her sputum is cast with emphasis that would make her uncles proud for the effort and the chimerical splat hits the wall of the carriage. And the Foul Fortune takes root

"Pray forgive, this ride may become bumpy."

"Bring it on" The Eshu says as she squirms with LESS effect, but she is an Eshu, and they are reckless at times "I"m Rüzgarla by the way" She beats her head against the carriage chair, once, twice, three times, and the carriage seems to catch fire, no, not burning, but lilghting up, no doubt visible to any changeling for miles

"Zara." She offers, as she resumes her squirming.

"A pleasure, Zara. " She says "Well, perhaps not in THESE circum stances..."

One of the wheels begins to wobble more and more, causing the ride to indeed get bumpy

Crashing and 'burning' the wagon begins to spin out of control even as Zara gets an arm loose entirely

A Prius makes it's way along, not overly fast as the driver is tracking Glamour while driving......

And boy does the Prius' driver SEE it, a chimerical carriage on fire with a cantrip, losing a wheel!

Zara can see through the weaving window... that's August's Prius heading this way!

OOC Can August see that it's Zara caught by the runaway carriage?

Zara is currently trying to escape her bonds!

August sees Zara sllpping free of some sort of cord or strand...

Ok, the Prius speeds up and then pulls up in front of the carriage; indeed, August leaps out, fully garbed as the leader of a bannerhouse and ranked member of the Shining Host; poet shirt, grey breeches tucked into tall black boots, a sword on his hip and a cape on his shoulders. He draws his sword and runs to the carriage, apparently to help free Zara.

The Carriage careens towards the sidhe lord, and then, as if his beauty and rulership was a shield.... tangible and firm, it seems to stop, but a foot away from him.. and grinds to a halt.

"Release them!" he Orders, pointing his blade at it for emphasis.

And the carriage... just breaks into pieces, 'releasing them'... Zara, and some Eshu who he's never seen before.

August blinks, nonplussed.

And sheaths his blade.
