And so says the boggan... and the three strads are let loose... and gleam with glamour

And cloth in Adam's hand has a word in it... one only he can see

it is a word he will NEVER forget. It is the name of him.. . and as it sinks in... as it awakens him for a second time (or is it third?) he has visions

Indeed, all three who have been named seem for a moment in a happy daze

Coradel takes August's hand with an excited squeeze as she watches this.

August smiles softly, proudly.

Adam reads the word over and over again, not that it needs repetition to burn into his memory.

The word vanishes from the sight, but not his memory.

Adam's sword, the one that came hwen he became a sidhe, the lion hilt gives a roar

Coradel beams at the sound. Oh, good! A Fiona in truth, not just in supposition!

He draws the blade, examining it.

The spider taps at the boy... now, during the hubbub and celebration, now is the time to slip away unseen.

"YOu will each dream tonight, strongly, of past lives or events... but it may not linger. The Dreaming even now maybe giving you gifts long due, and you will find yourselves into your power. " Jodfrey turns "Each may now introduce themselves, and their fae names... but their true names are their own"

And Coradel can't resist, she gives a cheer of celebration! (Giving Zara further cover to whisk the boy away, coincidentally.)

And the boy follows

A twisted path... up narrow stairs....

"I'm Rena!" The satyress cheers "My fae name I mean.. it means Joyous song!" She hugs vern

Applause! "Welcome, Rena!"

"My Fae name is..." Cliff blinks "Clifton? really? Rathter anti climatic" He bows "But I thank you all , Baroness, Namer, my sponsors"

Adam wanders closer to the Balefire, blade in one hand and sleeve-part in another.

Another welcoming round of applause for Goodboggan Clifton!

He stares into the 'Flames.

His sword fusses _"Don't keep them in suspense. Tell them your name" _ A female voice speaks , a familiar one

He looks at the sword.

And in the reflective metal of the blade, he seems a woman... Nabuni! It's like looking at her through glass, or maybe a zoom meeting with a cool filter

She seems to know this and grins "I am not a cat"

Coradel's attention is on Adam, curious.

Should a newly-named Lord look so heart-broken?

He draws the edge of the blade along his palm, trying to cut the flesh.

Adam tries to cut himself... only to find i's as dull as a butterknife as it meets his flesh

"Are you ou of your FUCKING MIND?" the sword says

Now EVERYONE can hear it

Nabuni's voice coming from the sword

"I...is that...?" Coradel starts to ask August at her side.

"Let me do this." he whispers.

August shakes his head. "It.... I think it sounds like....."

August looks at the boy's mentors to see what they think.

"Absoluely not!" the sword says "Firstly, bleeding into some else's balefire is rude... possibly enough to get your self in a dungeon. Secondly, I say hi again and your first reaction is self harm? What he heck, is this namer a quack? Did the spell botch?"

Jodfrey the Namer raises a brow a this

Zane says "Whelp. I'm confused"

"Nabuni?" Coradel says from where she stands. Of course, she's across the room, but her voice cuts through the stunned confusion of the crowd.

Adam seems overwhelmed. "I miss you." inadequately.

"You miss me. And I say hi, and you try to bleed yourself for ..what were you trying to do anyway?"

Grand Dame Bondraste has fainted

She is Fiona... but her grand son just tried to GUT Himself... and well, she knows fear

"Oh!" Coradel comes down off the dais and goes to the granddame's side. "Help her to my privy chamber, please," she directs others.

"I want to make an Oath. Let me."

Adam looks around at the commotion, starts. "GrandDame?"
