Coradel is, naturally, stunning in her formal court gown of red and silver, and she looks about the room eagerly. A smile to August as he joins her, and she takes his hand with a happy squeeze. "I do love sainings."

Kyle nods and looks at his son "You look good." He says and opens the door to let his son out in the hallways

Adam's mentors await in a place of special honor, for they will vouch for the lad

And there are three others here too, others to be sained

A nervous sluagh wilder cleans his bifocals, the lad sees Zara, barely, and gives a hand to heart gesture. He is to be sained today. he has reason to be nervous

Adam enters and goes to his mentors to greet them.

The satyress wilder bounces happily in her gown

And then there's the grump boggan who has come to this late in life

Coradel moves to greet all four of the fae to be sained. She offers a nod and a smile and assures each one that the namer approaches.

August smiles in return at Coradel.

August may have joined Coradel in this little tour of the honorees, or he may be settling in to prepare to scribe this most happy event.

And then...ZARA feels.. a PING

August tours with Coradel; his squires are preparing to take notes.

"The Namer Jodfrey " Innish announces

Coradel and August have just started to speak to Adam when the namer is announced. Instead, both baroness and baron redirect to greet the namer. "Welcome, Namer Jodfrey, to EarthRunes," Coradel says loudly and clearly enough to settle the excited murmuring in the room.

Zara does send the sluagh a goodwill gesture!

Adam stands with his mentors, and bows as the Namer enters.

But.. oh... eyes drawn to the Namer.

The Sidhe enters and bows low. His house is impossible to tell for he wears brown, a brown duster over tan shirt, and darker brown breaches. A mix of leather and materials. It's WELL Made mind, but simple

"Da'an smile on all here today" he says as the murmurs settle

Grand Dame Bondraste squeezes Adam's hand

Adam gives her a slightly distracted smile.

"We thank you for your presence." Coradel rises from her curtsey. "I am Baroness Coradel, and this is Baron August, both of Bannerhouse Truthbranch. And these...." she gestures gracefully "...are the fae to be sained this day."

August bows in greeting.

"Yes," Jodfrey says and looks them over, yet he seems a bit distracted juuust for a second, then returns focus "Bannerhouse Truthbranch has made a most elegant stir, but it is good to see that said Bannerhouse tends to bringing seeds to fruition." He eyes Adam as he bows, the sluagh boy GULPS and tries the same, the Satyress wiggles her fingers, then remeembers that's NOT how this is done, and bows, and the Boggan grump inclines his head "I would ask each of those to be sained to tell me who they are as far as they know, now. "

The four (Adam and the three others) look at each other to see who will step forward first to say 'hi'

Coradel draws back to the dais to give the namer and the honorees their rightful spotlight.

Adam steps forward.

"I am Adam Thomas."

"Who vouches for this boy as complete enough in journey and training to have his name revealed to him?" Jodrey looks about

"His mother and I do," Kyle surprises all by speaking first "The road has been hard on him, strange beyond even kithain reckoning, but he has done good things at risk to himself, and we are proud. I'm proud to call him son."

Jodfrey turns "Ah, fortunate you are to have family who is part of our world, many do not" He says "But one is not enough. Who else?"

"I do," Coradel says. "I have spoken with his mentors, and they vouch that it is time. He has studied and struggled and suffered...and he is ready to know who he is."

"The word of a holder in her own hold? Inviolate, and speaks well of who she speaks for" Jodfrey says then says "But is there another?"

Adam seems startled that Coradel speaks, but he says nothing.

Zane steps forward "I do. He is my friend, and I have seen him struggle against darkness without and within. I've seen him become a better man than he was. I was his friend before, but I have even more reason to be admiring of him as he progressed. And.. we need him. The Dreaming needs such warriors and people"

Adam gives Zane a little smile.

"Friendship , and not of this hold. He has made his mark far and wide. " The Namer strides to Adam and offers his sleeve "Tear at my sleeve, lad. Take what comes off"

Coradel watches curiously and eagerly.

Adam looks a little confused, but does as he is bed. He grabs the sleeve and pulls.

And a ring of the sleeve tears off, quite easily.

As if by magic

Adam examines it.

Zara lurks, her gaze seemingly unfocused - or focused on something others don't see.

"Hold onto it a bit, Adam Thomas." And he turns to the others "Who else of those to be named will stepforward?"

Adam does as he's told.

The Satyress just can't take i and jumps forward "Hi. I am Rebekah Esther Bernowiz, SHalom... I'm Jewish American Satyress... guess there must be some greek in there and I..."
