A blush of purple that does, oddly, cross his visage almost like a crescent

"I don't know how much ceremony would be desired..."

"The fourteenth is a waxing crescent - a growing moon is good for new things..."

"Carnivale will have it's own..attention. I doubt we'll steal the limelight from it, but then, have we ever sought it?"

"I think.. Carnivale night..." A pause "in the library?"

"I was thinking the river... but... I like the Library, aye."

"The River is fine too" He says kissing her hand "I just thought you might like Bronte, 1122 and the ladies to bear witness"

"Aye. I do."

"We may celebrate by my river."

HIs eyes light up, and his interest rises "We could practice the celebration tonight too"

"Aye, that we could." She steals a kiss.

and he kisses her, and whispers something in her ear. A name, a true one, in keeping. a reminder of the trust she gave to him.

Zara exhales, closing her eyes, knees weak.

and his name shared , a frightening prospect to think about, yet with her, it feels right, he kisses her anew and dims the lights.

"I.. oh!" She shows her appreciation.

And they appreciate each other greatly

with a love that Fiona would envy
