She strokes his fingers. "You love self-control so much, August. I think a satyr-kin might enjoy quite the opposite."

After a long moment, August asks "If she were not satyr-kin, but another kith, would you feel the same way?"

She ponders that for a moment. "Probably not for sluagh-kin. But most of the others? Yes. For redcaps I'd say it's almost a necessity."

Bemused again.

"Well." he says softly after a moment "Perhaps I'm not the best choice,then, to Enchant her." he does not seem hurt by this.

"Perhaps we should, together," she suggests. "Or, as you suggest, you could introduce her to Sir Bachdion. I leave it to your decision, but you've heard my opinion."

"If not him, can you think of another satyr that might serve?"

"Oh, Stevi may be less intimidating."

He nods. "They are both musicians. Stevi, I think."

"Sir Bachdion has his plate quite full."

"This is true. And Stevi might well appreciate the task."

August nods. "I think it is a good match, at least for a first contact. Thank you for talking through it with me."

"My pleasure, my love. Now tell me...how was dance class?"

"Ah. Well. Unremarkable. Mr. Luvetz really seemed to enjoy it very much. I hope my gamble pays off in a positive fashion for him." a little worry, there. "Gia and I were partnered. She did well. I believe her passion is music, though, from what she said."

"Then she must certainly meet Stevi." A pause. "But I still think you should go back to dance class, as well."

"I should follow up with Mr. Luvetz, certainly."

"Certainly." Then, "Come, I'm in a mood to dance myself, now." She offers him her hand. "I don't particularly think we need music."

An eyebrow. "We could ask Stevi to attend us. Two birds with one stone."

"A fine idea."

And so they do.
