He goes back to eating, but also nods, listening.

"Oswald is one of the Thanes. He stands out because he's crazy about Star Wars. Oh my god unless you are ready for an hour talk on nothing but, do not engage a star wars opinion at him. I once mentioned the Millennium Falcon looked a bit beat up. He began to explain where EACH scorch mark and blemish came from, quoting novels, comic books, and, of course the movies, as sources for his theories. I love ships, real ships, and dream ships, but even I wanted to trip him and run after the 11th dent "

Adam chuckles, nodding.

"Rollo is a thane too, he stands out because he's a boggan thane. he's strong, enjoys a good fight, and takes no shit from anyone who doesn't have a title. How do I Put this? Rollo: he shits bigger than you"

Adam nods. "Yeah. Met guys like that on the court."

"He can be a sweet heart too mind" a pause "Let's see, Dame Honoria, a Dougal sidhe with a mechanical gryphon, she's clever! I mean all Dougal are when it comes to building. Dame Jeanine De Beaumayn, fine lancer in her own rate. Actually the place has quite a few sidhe. Dame Claire ap Ailil, while Leo might be a good friend to the Baroness, I think even she would agree that Claire is the shield she leans on in a fight. I don't normally like Ailiil but she seems.. alright ish." cautious

"Siv, my darling, my dearest, my captain, HOW CAN you be so cruel?"

A purring voice rings out, heavy with dramatic sorrow.

"I was saving the best for last, Vince, warm foot rug of joy in the parlor of my life" A wink

Adam swallows his last bite, about it speak, but stops.

"Now, I scarcely got to meet the lad on our drive." The tall man - as tall as many trolls, if not quite so broad - strolls in, wearing a silken shirt, carefully tailored slacks that hug his thighs, and - is that a cape? Yes, a half-cape that swirls as he moves. A Lion's tail whisks behind him, and rounded ears peek out of his full and lush mane of hair.

He pauses, and gives the cape another experimental twirl. "How goes it, my Captain? I'm going for theatrical, but I worry I am hitting 'Disney hench villain."

Concern in his voice.

"Vince, you've met, though not in the glorious fullness of it. An Alchemist among mixologists, A king of the Jingle, and the Mane event wherever he goes." She says and then answers the question with "It does border a bit on Rattigan... a nobler angle to the head perhaps? Look ..pensive, and concerned for those beneath you and there are so many of us"

Adam nods uncertainly, then stands. 'Hello again."

"Nobler? Siv, I am the EPPY-TOME of Noble!" He strikes a pose!

"Rattigan, I DO declare. Hmmph!" And to Adam, he bows, deep, courtier style. "Dear Adam."

Siv smiles "Oh dear, how ever will I make it up to you"

Adam returns the bow; not perfect, but practiced.

"Have a seat, Vince. We can get you a sandwich too"

"Oh, oh wait." He stoops, examining Adam. "Now, here, please turn your heel out just a quarter of an inch. Lean your weight back, don't worry, you shan't fall... resting on your hip, see, but leaning slightly forward, and extend your hand as though you have an invisible rose outstretched to offer to a lady..."

He demonstrates, his motions exaggerated... but then again, they always are.

Adam copies him.

"And then rise, rise, straightening your spine one crick at a time, imagine that a lady is running her fingers slowly up it, and that is not a thing to be rushed, and you will move smoothly... to a stand." And he slides his foot back, around, and straightens.

Siv observes I should take notes

The mortal boy does. Not badly, truth be told.

And Vince straightens up, giving him a smile. His half cloak is swirled off, and clipped around Adam's neck. "Now, let's see a TWIRL. You're almost of a height - let me see how it looks on the bow."

Reaching over, he plucks a tidbit from Siv's plate, murmuring, "Alas, that you would have touched her lips..." And eats it slowly.

Siv looks amused as her crust is taken

Adam shrugs, settling the cloak instinctively, and gives it a turn.

Bit of flare, to be honest.

He claps. "Oh, marvelous. I could see how it could look villainous, but that does not PRECLUDE handsome and regal, no? Adam, it is a pleasure. Viscount Leonardo di Vinci, Sovereign Ruler of Earth Runes, Admiral Over the Narwhal and all she Surveys, at your service."

A brow at the Admiralty of the Narwhal part. "Don't make me pluck a whisker"

"Would you rather I be Rear Admiral?" He glances admiring at her posterior, even hidden as she sits. "If you wish a token, I would give you a lock of silken fur..."

Adam bows more deeply. "Viscount."

"Hem, hem. Please realize, my young friend, that they do call me Ruler, but that's more of a measurement." A slightly wicked grin. "We are all but simple commoners here. Save for the Captain, who rules my heart."

"Oh."Chigrined. "Well.... Nice to meet you, anyway."

"Sweet" She says with a smile , then to Adam "Vince here is not titled, but rather rules us with charm"

A hand over his heart, and he gives her a smaller bow, but sincere. "I hope I did not interrupt."

Adam reaches for the last of his milk and swallows it down.

"No, Vince. I think you gave an excellent bit of a lesson there"

"So, Adam? " Siv says waiting for either gent to sit back with her "Who else should I talk of? Innish the Herald? Oh, Miss Zara the librarian..she's a good friend of mine but a private soul. The troubadours?"

"Oh!" Adam reaches up and unclips the cape. "Here you are. Thank you." His own voile (the mortal wears voile!) are red court robes with silver trim.
