And Zara can slip after if she wishes. The guards are good, but not good enough to spot her

Yes. In the mean time, she hears the talk of various DeBukes. Burt isn't alone in his distrust. The world seems more hostile now to many of the DeBukes. As if Agnes being struck down was an attack by the world itself

She has some names, already - but yes, she listens.

More than the names, even the ones who wouldn't think of challenging Clem grumble about how things are definitely DEFINITELY going to get worse. It's borderline banal

The question is - are there key instigators?

One troll woman walks along, tense and..radiating hostility. She's not talking to each others, but she's definitely appraising each of them. Gauging them. Odd for a troll... but it's the GLARE she shoots towards Clem that gets her. Zara doesn't know her name. She's seen her around though

Well, now she knows who to shadow.

And that, is easy enough.

oh, mmm a shed. Large by anyone else's standards. The woman slips in.

Zara follows.

She squirms and twists - Sluagh have a gift for this, for finding cover that should be impossible...

"This is a mistake" a voice, male , says "DeVere might be around. "

"Relax" One of them says "He's being distracted, and doesn't even know he's distracted."

Four DeBukes... two men, two women...

She narrows her eyes.

"You say that, but he pops up anytime he likes" Earl's 'father' says with a frown "Don't know why the wife puts up with him"

"Either way, we don't have much time" a Latina Troll says. Wait, she's one of the refugees they gave a home to. "Not if you guys want to keep your farm as it is"

"Fine, let's talk fast. Who do we have that might be on our side?" Another asks.

And they start to talk.. a few names Zara already knew, others are new, but it looks like the conspiritors are definitely out numbered

"We might be able to get help" One states "But.. it's still change, just of a different sort"

Zara kenns the group.

Oh it varies, some are courting (Not dauntain level) banality in this. Others are engaging in their Unseelie side, and some are SUPER Seelie about it..

Earl's 'father,' the refugee...

"Have you ever heard of the Ranters?" A whisper which is loud and clear to her ears

"The Ranters? Yeah, The DeBukes are sympathetic to them, down with nobles.. wait, you got a contact?"

"They can help us... but, if we do it, we're going to owe them"

"Well, how do we..." ANd one of them has a cellphone ring softly, an odd tune. A song by Foreigner?

"outsider of one sort of another has enterd the farm"

Slow, careful, hidden - no time for haste.

And they move out, one by one...

There doesn't appear to be anything left she can find as 'evidence' of the physical sort

(Near the footbridge) The girls return, wioth Myrtle Anne.. and the 'guards' catch her by surprise "my word, things are tense"

Perhaps not. She watches them disperse - following whichever is heading the path most likely to meet the trod.

"Yeah, that's why we figured we need to hurry," Sylvi replies. "Let's find Chieftain Clem."

"She's a bit busy for buying herbs" Burt says

"That's not why we need to find her, thanks." Sylvi smiles to Burt, tugging Myrttle Anne along.

Burt frowns, but the other guard nods and then turns back to guarding the footbridge.

Zara sees Kourtney, and Sylvi pulling Mytle Anne along towards where Clem is

She shadows the two wilders.
