A distracted tone. That distant look is back, but it's definitely focused on tasks rather than longings.

"Oh.. right.. well, I'm clever not nice" The Varich winces "Yeah he might be panicking"

"Oh, no, that's totally okay. He'll transform it into Dramatic Suffering and totally enjoy it once he knows everything's okay." She smiles at the notion.

"Sounds like a character" Nadeen aches a brow

"You've NO idea" Kelby says "I met him once... I think he lives to die for his art. Vulture pooka"

"Culture Vulture," Sylvi grins. "You'll meet him for sure when we've got the theater up and running for real, I'll make sure of it."

"Well, if it's a good play and not some weird thing where they try to do performance art to a classic just for shock" Nadeen sniffs

"Hey, creative expression has its place," Sylvi defends the avant garde...then grins, "But yeah, I prefer the more traditional stuff, too."

Kelby ponders "Heck, tell him he owes you and they have to put on a show of the Music Man, the greatest broadway musical ever" She seems utterly serious

Nadeen looks at her, thenn look at Sylvi, then looks at Kelby again

Sylvi blinks. "That...might just be exactly what the first show would need to be."

"Oh come on, Sylvi, she's suffering from DeBuke Itis" Nadeen says

"I mean...cheap royalties, popular, traditional, fun....people would show up because it's a known quantity, they wouldn't be worried about wasting their money on something they don't like...It's really not a bad idea."

Kelby raises a brow "Easy now. I can call my kin chowderheads.."

Nadeen stops "Hmm , actually, you have a point" To Sylvi

"I mean, Sully has a better sense of the local audience's appetites, but...it's worth suggesting. AFTER I pick him up off the floor when he finds out the theater's paid for."

She looks at Nadeen. "You know I want to give you a huge hug, right?"

Nadeen sighs "I blame myself. My moments of being spectacular cause these sorts of things"

However she does give a 'bring it here' gesture that is almost comical in it's put upon expessionn

Sylvi laughs, and says, "Incoming," and does hug Nadeen, though careful not to squeeze too hard.

"You've done so much for me, recently in fact. I'm not seelie but I can be grateful." Nadeen admits. Of ocurse, this was arranged BEFORE Clem was asked "Also, really, youre fussing about it every sunday brunch was getting a touch tedious." Flicker of amusent

"Right, yes," Sylvi says, letting her go. "This was completely self-serving on your part, getting me to shut up about it. Your reputation is safe with me." A wink.

Kelby smirks "Bet there's nothing in the 'pay for Kelby's skate boad' foundation"

"Not a dime" Nadeenn sing songs as hey approach their house

Sylvi chuckles. "We'll see what we can do, Kelby."

And in they go. "So..." Nadeen pats her dog "I'm going to hit the shower, change clothes, and..see wha's going on at Silverwolf"

"Yeah, I better check in on Sully, and then report to DarkGate. Coming with, Kelby?"

"You know it" Kelby says "I wanna see the look on his face"

Nadeen breaks out the paperwork and code for Syliv to use.

Sylvi takes it and... well, she's hearth trained, she can and WILL handle it. For now? Life is good!

And off she goes with Kelby
