Yes, it's a small parade.

Sylvi's quiet.

"She's in a bad place" Nadeen sighs "I t hinkn it's beyond my ablity to 'fix' it... but we can suport now that we know better"

A shrug. "Not our job to 'fix' somebody else, even if it's our friend. If we tried, it would just be like a band-aid. It wouldn't mean anything. But talking? Getting her to talk? Not easy, but we can do that."

"No kiddingg about the not talking" Nadeen sighs "And I was feeling over all victorious myself"

"Well...you have a right to. It worked. We did good."

"Now if I can stop worrying about Calanthe ...she's not even here and ruining..." She quiets realizing Kelby is here

Kelby snorts "Yeah both of you keepingg your secrets. What's UP with you, Sylvia?"

A surprised blink. "Huh?"

She's putting her phone away after having sent a blast text to announce their safe arrival.

"Look, sometimes I forget how microwaves work, or where i Put car keys, but you've been doing THIS a lot" She ggives a pensive look, "And that" she grows quiet but distant

Nadeen blinks "I thought you were thinking of the Dagmar's concerns, or mine.. but no?"

"Oh." A little frown, and then a shrug. "It's no big deal. Kid stuff."

A sigh at that. "It's stupid. I'm just...I guess, homesick." Embarrassed.

"What's stupid about that?" Kelby says "YOu think I didn't miss the farm?"

"Oh, I bet you do. A lot," Sylvi nods.

"I missed the lodge too, " Nadeen admits "not as much. But I do wish we came at a less dramatic time"

"So.. use the trod more often" Kelby snorts

She just nods.

Then a deep breath. "And I'm doing good work here."

"Yes sure " Kelby says

Nadeen looks at Sylvi "Do you want to return to Rivervale full time?"

Sylvi bites her lip and doesn't say anything at first.

"I couldn't anyway. Not yet. My year's not done. And...there's stuff to do."

"It's just a mood." She brushes it off with a bit of a smile.

Nadeen raises a brow "You.. feel like youre not doingg ENOUGH here?"

"Because that smile is a a bit hollow" Kelby adds

"Well, I mean, the stuff I'm doing isn't done."

"But...." A deep breath, and she looks around. "I don't really like it here. I mean, yeah, important work, and great boyfriend, and pretty neat digs...but..."

"Closer to done than you think" Nadeen mutters

Sylvi stops. "What does that mean?"

"I was going to have it be a surprise. " She says "You know that fortune that we had Symon scatter to over two hundred charities?"

A blink. "Yeah?"

"Who do you think constructed the list?" She says

"Nadeen? What did you do?"

"Well, you were so worried about that theatre... congrats... it's paid for" Nadeen shrugs

WIDE eyes, stunned silence. "You...are you serious? It's...for real?!"

"Yes... it was going to be sold remember? It has been... to a chairty for the performing arts that... well, you can make anyone you want president"

Sylvi just stares at her.

"Wait, you SWINDLED the money?" Kelby blinks

This doesn't seem to compute.

Or perhaps the computations are happening very, very fast indeed.

"I am UNSEELIE..." the Varich huffs "When WILL you over grown monoliths of Summer REMEMBER That? Your honor rules are silly to me"

"Nadeen...." Very quiet and very seriously. "Thank you." She tries to find something more expressive to say, but really all she can do is repeat, "Thank you."

"Well, you guys wrote up that long as s list of charities, I just prioritized ...and added a few of my choosing" A pleased look "I finnally get one over"

"Won't that draw suspicions?" Kelby asks
