"Honey, I have you, a house, and a freehold. i'm doing fine"

"Yes, I know. But, when I no longer have need.... well, you have grandchildren to spoil. A little extra never hurts. Shall we head back to the house? Or is there somewhere else you'd rather go?"

"How about dinner out? " She offers

"Certainly! The Antler Room?" he names a decadent place "I want to try that Caramel and Walnut tart again, I'm certain I can identify the flavors in the ice cream if I try."

"You sneak, you hope to steal their recipe don't you? And yes, The Antler Room sounds divine"

He laughs. "No, Dearest, I plan to borrow the idea and -improve- on it."

"If anyone could, it's you"

"I keep a few outfits here, for both of us. Shall we freshen up and then call a cab?"

"Definitely. mmm Should I try the new dress?"

"Which one? One of them is.... well, not for going out." a smirk.

"The one I CAN Wear" A huff "the blue one"

But her eyes dance . She nnormally prefers green or red, depending on the season

"You will make that rag look good. Let me warm up the shower for you."

"mm we'll be late to dinner if you linger there, but yes"

He gives her a telling wink, and heads to the shower. Whistling jauntily as he does.

And while it might take a bit, she will get clean, dry and in that dress. And off they go to the Antler Club
