They pass the lead back and forth; Caesar's size helps him a bit, but Emerson has a stepstool if he needs it so.....

No need, Caesar's keeps a few balls ahead, and they talk a bit about lighter subjects, things dear to each's heart. Caesar admits his real estate ventures have more effect than he ever expected, "Rents and such are so bonkers now, apparently as soon as kithain find out I have places to rent at rates that are more like 2010 than 2021, they flock to it. It feels good to help, but it shoudlnt be necessary"

"No shame in being a good business man, Caesar."

"Lucky is the word. I joined in on this at the right time, had good advisors, you being one of them, and parlayed my money up. I'm actually making more money from my real estate career than marketin my wrestling image. " at that he chuckles "Still, bless the kids out there , they're far more interesed in me being a wrestlerr"

"Which do you enjoy more?"

"Wrestling I think but I worry do more good as the Realtor"

"Mm. Tricky. Well, is your goal to do good?"

"I suppose it is" He connfesses

"You enjoy wrestling more but think you do more good at a Realtor. Hmmmm......" thoughtful.

"I thought about cloning myself, but then I realized that took Nocker tech and also what if I hate my attitude?"

"I cannot advise you undertake cloning, no."

A smile another ball goes in

"Is there any reason why being a wrestler and a real estate tycoon are mutually exclusive?"

"Mmm nnot really I guess. I just worry I'll never be the top of either game for long if I split my attentionn, annd two carreers means less time with the kids"

Emerson sighs. "Yes. I have had to make similar choices, with time. I do not regret my decisions, but there are times when I miss the old days. Fortunately, Callidora understands."

"She adores you" A nod "Thanks for that."

"It is reciprocal."

The game ends just in time

"Fellows?" April calls out "Time for the "Father's Day Lunch' with four types of meat"

Emerson offers to take Caesar's cue. "You go ahead, I'll be right there."

"All right, hope more of the beer is at the table" A grin "Good game. Thanks for the advice"

"My pleasure, Caesar." and he putters around putting up the cue sticks and pool balls.

Soon, CC is calling out "Hey, Kraken...you're wanted at the table"

He hustles out "I was coming, I was coming! Just putting things away, Dearest."

She moves to pull a chair for him. Seven pairs of eyes watch him intently

He seats himself, glances around....

Yup. the year olds are in their high chairs and such.

He looks around to see if the bottles or food are near him, thus attracting the children's interest?

It would appear , behind his head, is a very shiny 'father's day' balloon of multitude colors

"Oh no wonder they're doing the village of the darned thing" CC giggles

He gives CC a dry look and rises to take the balloons elsewhere, so as to be less distracting.

YUp. Their eyes are rivited to that balloon

Nothing -special- about the balloon, is there?

Not to adult eyes or kenning

Then he gently encourages the shiny thing behind a door and out of sight; object permanence for the win! He returns to the table.

And now the attenntion is mostly gone, from the kids anyway. The adults stare at him, then break into grins

He raises one plume of an eyebrow and looks at Callidora.

"Sorry, that was adorable how they looked at you is all... Now eat "

"Hmmph." but he sits himself down for a family (style) meal.

His choice of Steak, perfectly grilled sea bass, mutton, or chicken dish . that is not to say it's all meat. The corn on the cob and butter option is mouth watering if he'd like to try, or perhaps the brown rice? Would he like fresh bread rolls?

Emerson confesses he'd quite like a bit of it all, if he may?

"It's what I'm doing too" Caesar nods

The boggan passes his plate with a happy smile.

CC takes charge of loading him up with his choices

Her knee gets a little squeeze under the table.

THAT gets him an extra roll

"Miss June Maude, we haven't had a chance to chat. How have you been?" he asks politely.

"Farm's going well" The redheaded kinain says
