A snort. "Sounds almost Sidhe."

He dabs at his lips with his napkin, sitting back with satiation.

"Yes, but here's the thing, we would do a favor for Alexander, then say, send him to a theatre to share a row with a sidhe noble..." A frown "Sometimes the court used bannality as a weapon"

"Mmph. Not a depth I plumbed." he downs the last of his drink.

She looks at her hooves "Yes. You see, I am a far worse individual than you, or was" A chuckle "Oh what Rivervale would say to finnd out you made me a better person"

"They would say 'I don't believe you.'" he chuffs, and takes her hand "Dearest, you know I don't judge you. I did not say I wasn't -tempted- to go to those extremes."

"I know you don't" She squeezes his hand back "But I also know it was not my proudest moment"

"You have had more proud moments than not." firmly, almost fiercely.

A smile "Yes, I suppose. Like media divesion" And she mentions that part

He chuckles at the retelling. "Oh, Dearest. I thought perhaps you'd streak across camera during a live shot."

He laughs softly, squeezing her hand.

A chuckle and squeeze "Now, ready for dessert? And I mean chocolate cake"

"Oh, you DO know me so well. Yes, please.... but let me decide what I would like it served on? Have my cake and eat it too?"

She lowers her lashes "As you wish" and puts a bit of hip sway as she gets him a slice

He watches her move with a predatory gaze. "Dearest, don't think I don't wish to continue our conversation about how understanding I am...."

"Oh we can talk all you like too"

"Cake first."

A flash of a smile.. and cake is served!
