Cliff gives her a sour look "Destiny served, then?"

"More like one more rung in a ladder achieved. She may yet be slain by her sister, but you did your part. The fate of Marcella VonGeller is not your concern from here out unless you choose it to be" A shrug

He notes the name. "I'll pass her information on to the Baroness's household; she wanted to be in touch anyway."

"That is your choice too, fare well, Cliff. We may meet again" And she walks off

"What -are- you....?" he murmurs, but doesn't try to hold her.

"I am a denzien of the Dreaming, and a servant of mother fate, I'll say no more. " And she walks off

Cliff thinks about this as he gets back to work.

The rest of his work period is relatively uneventful. Some kithain, more mortals, all that jazz

Might as well make the trip out here worth it.

And he makes a profit before finally closing up. Perhaps time to head towards the freehold

He would have liked to hit another town but with the new information.... probably best to heads to court.

Thane Pepper is not cooking today, she's at the front entrance "Chef Cliff?" Respect "How goes?"

He nods. "I have news."

"Roger that, need an escort or want to help yourself in?"

"Let's see if the Baroness is in. She's Liam. She takes that shit seriously" Pepper does escort him, looking for Baroness Sparrow

Cliff follows along, feeling out of place but needs must.

"Sorry, bot hof you, but Cliff here has news that involves a mortal in danger" A nod to the Sluagh "Your turn, Chef Cliff"

She rakes back her sweaty bangs, somehow still looking fabulous. "Yes? What's up?"

Cliff nods respectfully and explains the situation "They're inheriting money, and she ... Marcella VonGeller.... wants to work with the Baroness. Mrs. Harkson. With her money. And then her sister tried to kill her."

Sparrow darkens as a storm cloud.

"That cannot be allowed. Thank you for alerting me."

He nods again "Pleasure."

"Peanut butter? " Pepper says "I only met one person with an allergy that bad before and it was a little kid"

"Perhaps Marcella, after she's saved, might turn out to be a dreamer?" Cathir adds

"Perhaps she might. But we must keep her alive, for now."

Cliff puts the little capsule down on the table.

"Could have other things in it." he points out.

"Peanut butter extract PLUS" Pepper mmhs

"To make it seem an allrgic reaction?"

"Could be." he allows.

"Should we see if our local Daireann has any nose for poisons? THey've got a rep" PEpper suggests

"That they do. Please, send for him."

Sir Byrndan of House Daireann shows up, it's almost odd to see him WIHOUT his brother, he bows "Baroness? You sent for me"

"I did. This is the situation..."

And she briefs him
