Cliff steps up to watch her order; his system allows customers to tap a few buttons to do so.

She taps up a sweet confection, "This is Peanut butter free yes? My sweet sister has an allergy"

Cliff gives a silent breath of thanks at being forewarned "No."

"Can't promise it."

"you can't? Oh. How long to make one that is peanut butter free?" A frown

but her face has a searching look, not for a thing, but thinking

"Food truck." he points out "But I can try. Let me talk to her."

"to my sister? SUre... sis?"

She motions her sister over

The still sad faced sister approaches "I'm sorry, is there trouble?"

Cliff shakes his head in the negative. "You have a peanut allergy?"

"Yes, I'm sorry, I know special orders are a pain" she apologizes "We can pay extra"

"Not a problem. Just want to be careful. Can't promise there's no traces, though."

"If it's just a trace I might get gassy, if it's a lot I .. could get a case of the deads" She blushes "But a trace is fine if that's all it is?"

THe other sister looks at him "i'm sure he'll use the cleanest stuff. You sit down I'll bring it to you"

Cliff nods and turns to prep.

The chia berry pudding is a staple, and has no peanuts whatsoever; none of the menu does. He doesn't tell -them- that, though.

And when it's ready, he takes it out himself.

The older sister, the one not so upset, intercepts him half way "I got it, thank you"

"I insist."

She GLARES for just a second. Oh one does not have to be a boggan to get that hackle on the neck vibe out of her, then she plaasters on a smile "Okay, of course"

Cliff delivers the pudding, lingering just a moment.

As he delivers it, he whispers to the sad sister "Be careful. There's no peanuts in it at all, but that's not the danger."

She looks confused at that but doesn't blurt a 'what the ..' or anything "Thank you for this fine meal, sir"

But she looks curious.

Her older sister starts to close in

"Follow the money." and Cliff backs away a bit, watching the other sister carefully.

They both eat, then half way through, Cliff notices the older sister mention a particularly lovely bird... the younger sister looks... and he sees the older sister reaching for . some kind of capsule or something from her purse?

He throws a cantrip, quick and dirty; a gimix to knock the pill out of her hand.

And it works.. flying back, and bouncing, then finally rolling near him where he can pick it up

Which he does, slipping it into his pocket; and if she sees it, that's fine too.

The older sister is too busy trying not to CURSE in front of her sister at first

And he can tell the small capsule is air tight now, but if he popped it open? Peanut butter extract

That bitch tried to set HIM up as her own sister's murderer

Cliff goes back to the truck, but considers his options.

Makes sense... a native guy 's word against a rich white girl? Oh hell no

And he keeps an eye on them both.

Well that seemed to be the only extract she had.. so for now, two sisters have a meal. The younger one does her older sister more supicously now. Maybe he planted a seed

He'll watch anyway. And try to get a look at thier car; license plate, make, model?

He'll jot it down, see if he can get the info to the Baroness.

He gets busy, but glances out when he can.

Soon the sisters are leaving into their car. He got paid well.

"Well?" he whispers to himself AND his mysterious visitor who's not there "How was that?" Not really expecting an answer.
