The Ivy peeks out further "Hello all"

"Welcome to Bright Winds. I hope you are enjoying your stay."

Bix says "I may tell you during our spring lessons. Right now, let's focus on spring magics, and heddy. "

She smiles. "I'd like that. Are you sure you don't mind teaching me? You must have so much work to do."

Otha mmph "Bix, you may have to move at something beyond glacial"

Bix says "An aesin is making ice comparisons? Unwise" Then he looks back at Nessa "It's my pleasure and honor"

Heddy has grown and stretched to Sparrow "I Like your place. There's so much light, bu places of shad I can duck"

She nods to him, cheeks coloring a bit. "Then I hope to live up to your expectations as a student."

Sparrow smiles. "I do very much like the light."

Heddy says "Yes, and this place goes so HIGH.. I love high! Did you know, my great great great great great great grandiose grand father once reached a giant's sky castle? " A sigh "Sadly he was betrayed by the very person who planted him. Gratitude huh?"

Bix smiles "Well, my expectations is I teach you what I know and you one day teach someone else"

"And learn to appreciate monster trucks apparently" Otha says "Don't forget OUR Lessons though, Nessa"

"Nooo." Sympathetic and appropriate shock!

"Of course not, Dame Otha!" She bows to the Aesin.

"Oh don't feed her ego . She'll burst " Bix complains

Otha however says "Lovely bow, thank you, Nessa"

"I thought I was supposed to... um." Glancing back and forth.

"Nessa, you are doing fine."

"Tuesdays and Thursdays I will study foraging and the trails with Dame Otha, Mondays and Wednesdays with spring mage Bix, and that leaves time for me to work at the Library and ensure that little Stu gets his fair allocation of books..."

A grin. And she straightens under the glow of Sparrow's approval.

"Bix and Otha have very different opinions of what is and what should be. And that sounds like a fine plan."

Bix and Otha look a bit sheepish

"Please donn't let our disagreements rattle you, Nessa. Bix is tedious at times but he will teach you well" Otha says "That sounds like a fine schedule"

"Yes, and even if Otha couldn't get on a higher horse if she found a Pegasus, she really does know more about survival and nature realms than I ever will" Bix nods

"And honestly, between a Traditionalist and a Modernist, you'll get good perspective on how fae society works and can make up your own mind." The last seems more stressed for Nessa's tutors.

"Are there pegasuses? Pega--si?"

"Chimera, certainly, but I've heard a rumor that there's a fae-steed version.."

The tutors look a bit sheepsih, but at the mention of pegasus, Otha beams "Oh yes. They can be found"

"There is one known non Chimerical fae horse like that. Precious beyond gold" Bix says "Many have sought it, but few have..."

"Spark. His name is spark, and he's still a colt, and Bix, stop playing mysterious when we BOTH have petted the little guy?" Zane says then chuckles

Brow, amused.

Bix says "Okay okay..."

But Otha stares "There really is such a .. a fae steed?" And her eyes soften "It must be magnificent"

"Bit derp actually" Zane says "But never tell Dagmar I said so"

"Derp? Oh.. oh, of course it would be Dame Dagmar."

"He plays in leaf piles and got his head stuck in a feed bucket more than once" Zane explains "Derp"

"Maybe I could meet him someday..." She giggles.

"Well, once you are sained you can walk to silver safely..."

Otha nods "Yes. true names are.. they help you resist the Dreaming's strong ebb"

"Rivervale might even be scaled large enough to fit you comfortably. I always feel like a kid at the grown-ups table in those chairs..."

"Trolls need space" Bix says

Agreeing

She looks thoughtful. "I'd like to check that out sometime... as long as going to a place with stables doesn't mean they expect me to be, um." A blush. "Livestock..."

Zane stage whispers to Sparrow "It's like anyone under NBA level need a high chair, am I right?"

"SO right."

"They better not! I don't think they would. Satyrs are half-goat..." Reasonably.

"Oh the Rivervale folk would never do that" Bix says "They're an honorable people"

Zane says "Half goat, half wizard, all man. I would flex now, but I fear the laughter from the many warriors in this hold" despie his joke he does have an engaging smile
