She examines her manicure as she says, "I'm really wondering how you could know about this part of your world, and yet forget that we have ways of finding stuff out."

A swallow "And what did you... find out?"

She rolls her eyes. "We're really going to play this game? Fine. You and your crew have been committing crimes of various natures. We'll get to that later. Right now my main concern is that you've been extorting other kinain."

"Who's snitching?" He says looking cross "How'd you learn this?"

"Nobody's snitching. Like I said...you know we've got other ways of doing things, of figuring things out. And I figured it out." She looks directly at him, puts her manicured hand right on top of the leg cast, and leans in towards him as she says, "Cut the shit. Got it?"

(Charisma plus Intimidation or best guess. Difficulty lowered as he is quite helpless)

Yup, a swallow "Other ways, figured it out. Got it. Hey, look, we've got gifts, and not like we get the perks of being Kithain so... we sort shit out ourselves"

She considers him for a moment, then leans back and lifts up her hand. "Okay. Next question...what kind of shit do you need to sort out so badly?"

He spills "Look, first we don't really hassle other kinain that much as you know, the normies, the unenchanted. We got gifts, why not use them?"

"Hey, I'm not saying you aren't allowed to use the gifts you have. I'm asking what you need to use them for."

"I mean...you're stealing stuff. Why? Nobody feeding you at home?"

"For the kicks" He says

She goes very still. "Say it again. And listen to yourself saying it."

"For the... kicks?" He says a bit confused

"Mm." She nods, and puts her hand down again, this time on the area of mattress between his knees. "So...remember how you mentioned I have healing? Well, I can do other things too. Let's say, that...for kicks...I like to take over people's minds, make them do what I want?"

"Hey that's not cool... I... "Then he blinks "For Kicks" the echo becoming haunting as it sinks in "But you wouldn't, right?"

"Why? You gonna tell on me? Because if so...I'm going to need to get an oath out of you. You're gonna stay silent...or you'll never be able to get an erection again, satyr-kin." Her voice ends on a near whisper.

"Or..." she leans back "...not."

He pales then says "What do you want?"

"Release them."

She says it simply, matter-of-factly.

"You know about ALL of them?" he's surprised

She smirks. It was a guess, and a good one at that. "Maybe. But do you really want to take the chance that I might have missed one or two?"

"By the way, I don't mean just you. Anybody in your little troupe holding an oath to control somebody else...they drop it."

"That includes oaths you're holding on each other."

"I can only drop the ones I have a part in " he says

"Yup. But you can get the others to drop the other ones. And you will."

"Oh man, what if they hold a grudge??"

Her brows go up. "You're afraid of them?"

"Hey, everyone takes advantage of everyone else in the REAL world"

A long look. "That's sad. But you'll get those oaths dropped. And then...you'll drop by Goldfinch. You can bring the other two. I want to talk with you some more."

"I hearby drop all my ties to any oathed to me" He says...and she can FEEL the snapping "I'll talk to the others too. Just... it's over. Okay?"

A nod of satisfaction and approval at the abrupt de-oathing. "This part's over, yeah. You're still going to come see me at Goldfinch. Call me when you get out of the hospital, and we'll set up a time. Here, let me put my number in your contacts." She nods at his cell phone.

Blaze allows it, then sighs "Can I get.. healing?"

She tsks at the question, and puts her info in his phone before answering. "The problem with that is right of ignorance. If you heal up too fast, people will start asking questions we can't afford for them to ask."

"Also you're showing us who is boss" He grumbles

She sighs. "How much longer have they been saying you need to be here?"

"I leave in two more days but I won't be healed for two and a half weeks they say"

"Tell you what...come see me at Goldfinch, and I'll do it there. Not sure I could manage a good job here...it's pretty chilly, if you know what I mean." It's a lie...she could probably do it. But let him underestimate her. That might pay off well in the long run.

He nods "Gotcha. I'll tell the others. Joana won't think I wimped out if I got us healing out of it"

A half-grin. "Good point. Okay..." She heads for the door, then remembers the other two plastic flowers in the plastic bag. She picks it up and starts out. "Seriously...get well soon. And don't be a dick."

He sighs. He's going to be easy to push around, but teaching him maybe harder in the long run. Who knows?

Sylvi's pretty sure that the other two will be swayed by Blaze. Maybe she doesn't need to visit them, and she can get out of this place.

Imagine when she sees Gwen nearby an elevator looking around

"Hey!" She goes over. "What are you doing here?"

"Saw your vehicle, realized you were visiting, ...alone" The Dairann says "Back up is wise in places like this so I thought I'd find a wall and wait"

"Hey, I'm good. I've had plenty of time to, y'know, recharge over the summer."
