"Magic." She shakes her head. "Zane would know."

"Zane's another satyr. Geez you guys are populating... no offense"

"Plus Basil, the new one."

They start to head down.

"Oooo, there's lemon bars in here!" Checking out the bag.

"Oh yeah... good stash" Gerd says "Help yourself"

"Okay, this is good shit.." The winged one says

Dag offers out a lemon bar.

She takes it, and tears in "I'd like to think I'm above like taking this charity, and be going how much do i owe you..." munch "But I'm really not"

"It's Kerri's cooking, looks like..."

"My god. Tell me Kerri is close to my age and single?" The satyr savors

Gerd breaks out in a laugh "Nope and nope."

"Oh geez. This place is way too expensive for ... well me" The still unnamed Satyress says

"Well, you're what - my age?" A look.

Closer to 18

"Point." She agrees

"Well, there's options. Folks will help. They helped my dad get his house."

"Caesar cuts a deal for the fae that rent here."

Gerd nods "It's not always about money either. We got wood workers and strong backs and well, as you see master cooks"

"Okay, okay... 404..."

Shave-and-a-haircut.

"Coming!" Piper calls, and she moves over to open the door. Her short curls are restrained under a paisley bandana, and she's wearing an old t-shirt that has traces of blue-green paint on it. "Oh! Dagmar! Hiiiiiii! And Gerd! Is this an impromptu housewarming?" She laughs, and opens the door. "Adam is here too..." She comments, and calls over, "Adam, can you push the bed up? Need a little more space."

It appears Dagmar's Thighs have wings

(Well, a satyress behind her has wings)

"Shit, yeah, it's up...."

"Uh, hey..."

"Not exactly?"

"I'm kidding, didn't mean to put you on the spot." She steps back and waves for her to come in. "Mi casa is su casa. Um. Is that Sparrow behind you?" Trying to peek around.

"Nope. I.. hey, what do you want us to call you?" She turns to look at the satyress.

"My name is Alyce" She says "With a Y, because, there was this desperate attempt to go with something traditional, but not traditional?"

"Cool."

"So - Alyce, this is Piper, and Adam."

"Piper's a satyr, too."

"Yeah, there's a pair of horns under here..." She pulls off the bandana. "Wait, oh. You're FRESH. It doesn't rain, but it pours... c'mon, come in! Nice to meet you, Alyce."

"Right? Figure she and Basil could be study-buddies, learn about this thing together."

The girl peeks out from behind the trolls "Geez... is that what I look like? Nope.. I cannot rock the pixie cut like that"

"Well, Baz is at home, but... she didn't just pop, did she? Like, a fancy sidhe with wings visits, and BOOM suddenly a neighbor has an awakening with wigns of her own? How long ago did you take the blue pill?" A pause. "Or was it a red pill? I haven't watched that movie in ages..."

"Sounds like six weeks or so... that she's not burnt out yet is good!"

"I thought this was just the longest acid trip EVER" Alyce says

"Six WEEKS and no one found you? Oh, hon. It's gotta be really freakin' confusing right about now." She ushers the three inside - with the murphy bed folded up, there is a bit more space. 2 mismatched stools at the kitchentte breakfast bar, a folding chair just on the balcony, and the owl chair. "Sorry, not a lot of furniture yet... " She unceremoniously tosses a pillow on the floor and gestures for Alyce to take the fancy carved wooden chair. "Come in, sit down. Do you live around here?"

Dagmar tries to tuck herself out of the way, but she IS handing out food. "Jeez, Gerd, it's like you're feeding half the lodge..."

"Are those Kerri's lemon bars?"

"Yup. " Gerd says "I had to give three drops of blood and my first born's name up for them" "Okay, not really but I feel like it would have been a fair trade?"

Alyce looks at the fancy chair "Okay, that is the shit"

"My mom carved that." A quit grin.

And she takes the seat and waves at Adam "Hey"

Alyce says "Yeah? She's..good"

"Adam you want a lemon bar?" An offer.

She pulls cans of bubbly lime spritzer from the fridge and passes them around. "Sorry I don't have much to offer right now, I could order a pizza or something? It feels like it's a party."
