"Stories? Nah, not much. What's up?"

"Apparently like a whole SQUAD of girls there are ga gah over some guy at OUR School. One of our guys is pinching their hot chicks! Blows my mind"

Adam can't help a sly grin. "Yeah? What's this guy like?"

"Some foreign exchange student we've got, a FRENCH guy? You know him because I can't figure out who he is... the girls are THIRSTY"

Adam practically GLOWS. "Yeah, man, that's.... yeah."

"I mean, shit, now I wish I were French"

"Dude, you're, uh, Greek, right? Kinda?"

"Yeah, I mean, Satyrs are mostly greek in dream... I might have some Welsh, but Welsh aren't known for being the best lovers"

"Bummer for them....." soberly.

"Yup. Though I imagine the Welsh would say that's just English folks being jealous. Who knows? But.. the cool thing? Somewhere in our school, we have a geniune heart throb"

"Yeah?" Still smirking, but working too.

"I..." A pause "Why are you smirking?"

"It's funny. So what about our school? It's me, right?"

"You're not French, or do you mean 'whose the guy the girls of OUR School' go crazy for? " A smile

"At our school. It's me, I know...." A faux put-upon sigh. "Well, I'll do what I can........."

"Oookaay,. somone one is feeling full of himself" A grin "Sides ,now that I'm getting my mojo back, you've got compeitition"

"Things working out for you?" Hopeful.

"Oh yeah, dude, Amaya is..well, I don't want to kiss and tell, but ..she's a good kisser" He admits

Adam has a rake and is cleaning up debris. "That's good to hear." He admits, and there's a tone of fondness in it. "Just.... like I said, man." And now, a tone of apology. "I'd just hate for her to get hurt, you know, on her family side. Of course you'd never try to really hurt her, I get that. But her folks......"

"I don't think they're going to do an honor killing, man" He says "But we're keeping things civil, honest"

"Ok, cool, that does it for me. Thanks."

He rakes.

"No problem. So... you and Piper hitting it off? " A grin

A BIG GRIN. "Like you said, man, don't kiss and tell. But we're keeping in touch, yeah. You know."

"Good" Zane chuckles "Dont' worry, I'm not going to be all 'stay away from satyr women folk' for one thing, Satyress will put a hoof up someone's backside if they try that. I'm glad Piper and you are hitting it off"

"I like her. A lot." Simply.

"She's cool... but sometimes I think she's hiding something. When she opens to you, try nont to judge, whatever it is. Okay? She's gonna be really vulnerable when she does that"

"Hiding something?" A frown. "What?"

"I don't know" He admits

"Maybe I'm wrong.but sometimes I think.. mmph"

"What?" Adam pauses.

"Maybe I'm wrong. Sometimes she seems ... on edge"

"Could it be.... I dunno.... school or something? Or something Fae, like... I dunno. Wait, isn't there a thing about having too much Glamour?"

"Bedlam? that's a thing, a serious thing, but no.. don't think that's it."

Adam pauses and rests on the rake, thinking. "Then school? Or something else Fae?"

"If I knew, I'd know, right? "A shrug "Maybe some thing from Cali?"

"Sounded like she was ok out there....."

"I guess. " Then he shrugs "Adam, don't worry too much. I'm not telling you to pry"

"Just saying if she has got some luggage and shares it wit hyou, take it as a sign of trust"

"'Course. I hope she does trust me...."

"I know she likes you, taht's a good start"

Adam grins smugly again. "Cool. So, who's the guy at our school?"

"The French guy ? no idea. the sexiest with OUR School's girls? ME , of course"

Adam laughs.

Adam subsides to chuckles and keeps raking.

The door opens "Zane, how's it going out here..." Proffessor Cornellius Wayburton comes out

"Oh, fine dad. Got it down. Adam's helping me out"
