The convience store is open... but only Jaymes is there. That's okay, it's a wet rainy day, business might dim. They're doing okay

He puts on the CD... nice thing about being married to a musician, he can promote her and NOT pay fees for use.

And he smiles, as she put in some of HIS Favorites.

No one around, Jaymes begins to move his shoulders.

Talking about the car wash yeah" And then he sees a car pull up.

A figure enters in lean, mean, reptilian... a pooka. Dressed in black. THe man is bald, and has odd shades.

"Can I help you mister..." HE says

"Snake... Snake walker" The figure says . A glance "Heard the Smurf village was nearby, didn't think I'd run into one of their mushrooms. Maybe you can help me."

"I reccomend the local trail mix, better than the commercial stuff" The troll says

A dry rasphy chuckle "No no... ever hear of a guy about your level of shortness named...Rigger?"

"Can't say I have. Mints are half price by the way" Jaymes offers.

"heh. I'll take the the cinamons" He takes the spearmint flavor

Jaymes rings him up "This guy owe you money or something?"

"Oh..." A grin "The money's taken care of." A tongue slithers out. "See you around, Minty" He pays for it and heads out.

Jaymes frowns.. Rigger? Does he know a Rigger? For some reason he has a bad feeling about this.

Jaymes might get home after the house has gone to bed, but there is a plate with a ham-and-cheese sandwich waiting for him on the kitchen table.

Jaymes does get home late, but is pleased by this offering which recognizes him as Pater Familias..aka 'dad'

why , Dagmar would recognize his lip twitch between bites as a pleased smile.

Later he will finish, clean up, shower, and join his wife. Twobit will clamber up there with him..and he won't protest.
