"Good." Nadeen says then looks to Dagmar.

THey move on, and Nadeen whispers "I'm sorry' to her

Dag follows. "I.. I did kind of.. um..."

"Remember. Parts."

Yet Casmimer seems to be forgetting more, and frustrated "I don't... how .. I don't remember my horse's name."

"A lot comes back when you get Sained."

"The horse isn't with you, so it's ..it's normal" Nadeen says to him. And when a servant greets them, she says "Could you .. could you take Casimer for some food? I have to talk to my friend and explain things to the Count."

The boy starts to protest, but these 'chocolate donuts' sound intriguing. He goes off with the Boggan going "Tell me more of these.. 'sprinkles'"

Once he is gone, Nadeen finds a private spot to talk to Dagmar "Are you okay? Dad is being a bit of a brat"

"Thank god for boggans..."

"Well, he's six."

The tall blue girl fidgets, twisting her hair.

She nods at the part about boggans "if I get that hold I am SO getting at least a half dozen boggans.. wonderful folk." Relieved "And yes, but it's so..weird seeing him as this.. kid. I.." She slumps against a wall "I thought he would arrive and know what to do and how to fix things and... oh I'll be lucky if he doesn't offend people"

"What needs to be fixed, though?"

"You have the Browns, and you're a cheerleader, and now there's a pathway to a hold..."

"You know I'll help you with that. It'll be great. We'll be done with school by then..."

"I ..." SHe seems unsure how to answer "I guess you're right.. my life is..pretty good isn't it?"

"And he's here, and he's safe. I bet Hemlock will know how to handle a sidhe fledge."

"Yeah, ain't it?" A cautious smile.

"Or the Countess. She..might demand and I owe her, but.. yes even then I know where she is."

And a smile slides out anyway

"Well, that's for later. Now is good."

Her hand starts to extend, uncertain - to touch Nadeen's cheek? To reach for the sidhe's hand?

Nadeen notices, but doesn't make a comment, doesn't pull away "Now is good."

She swallows and nods. Hand draws back, for nervous cuticle-nibbling.

And then Nadeen's hand slides out , and takes hers. Gently but not limply or timidly

Dagmar allows it. "Um. So."

"So.. about .our past life and a pretty good current one?"

She runs her thumb across the back of the Varich's hand. "So..."

"So.. maybe ... I should just ask. You said you remembered.. a little. About .. us?"

She chews on her lip. "That... I mean..."

"I mean.."

"You're beautiful..."

She lowers her lashes "And you are wonderful..." A smile "And rather pretty too "

"I don't.. I mean, you and Zane..."

"I know... remember when you and I were satyrs?" A light blush

"It was... nice."

"It was." She says "And not just because of Zane"

"Yeah." Sigh.

Nadeen swallows "You know, you're bound to my father anymore... nor sworn to me. You're your own person"

"I know. So... I mean... "

"So.. I mean if you kiss someone, it's because you want to, not because they have.. you know, rank or something" A blush

"That... sure."
