Dag frowns a little, wary.

Sylvi frowns. "So they claim?" she echoes. "Um..."

"You knew i.. ah," She eyes his crest, "Beaumayn...honor to you, Visionary. Yes, the Eye must not be left in this world. You trust me in this?"

Vali nods, "I will as soon as I hear the Gwydion verify."

The Oracle looks a bit offended, but only for a moment, "Ask your questions, and quickly"

"Do you seek to use the Eye for your own gain?"

Sylvi blinks and looks over to Dagmar.

"No. I do not seek to use the eye for my own gain" True is her answer

Nadeen frowns "Lot of loopholes there"

"Will you keep it from being used by thse of ill or selfish intent?"

"It can't be allowed to be used in Corcordia, ever" Sylvi mutters.

"Yes," Truth "For a long time, for it has it's place in the great tapestry. Nor will I allow it to be used by those of kindly or generous disposition. I cannot always see when fate is ready, but if you see this in THREE life times I will be surprised how early it has come"

Vali looks serious, calm, but only his glances to Dagmar hint that he might not be totally in control of the situation

"Will you defend it for all of this lifetime?"

"Not I, I will put it in a place where it will be defended, for not even I will know where it is after I place it. " Truth "Nor will any other. The temptation is too great"

Sylvi bites her lip.

Dagmar nods. "Okay then."

A deep breath and she looks from Dagmar to Vali, and then to the woman. She doesn't look completely happy about the situation, but willing to accept.

"I guess that's better than...well, anything we could do...."

"I'd ask your name, but maybe it's best we don't know," Vali says

"It is," She takes the eye from him "Aye, so it is."

"This sucks" the boy says with a grumble, "nothing for us."

Sylvi blinks at the boy. "You want to go back where you were?"

"Well said, Sylvi Steel-Lace." The Oracle nods, "However, I would question , what boon would you ask of fate?"

Sylvi assumes the Oracle is asking the new sidhe, and looks over at the boy.

"No, Sylvi, I speak to everyone BUT the boy"

As if she could read thoughts

"A place for the Nadeen? Maybe.. maybe not right this minute, but.."

"Oh, " Nadeen looks startled then deeply touched by Dagmar's comment.

Wide-eyed and clearly taken aback. "Oh! Oh, I wasn't expecting..." A moment's pause. "I want my parents to be okay. I know my dad especially is helping with the mortal's soul in the Dreaming. That's...it's dangerous. I want him to be okay. To come home...." A swallow as she trails off.

Then a second-thought. "That's selfish. I should be asking to help the boy." She looks down.

"Oh, the boy... right."

"But...I want my dad to come home safe." It's the honest answer.

The fate raised a brow "How..insightful. No.. nothing for the sidhe boy. But you have just saved your father's life I think"

Truth!

She looks up at the woman again, her eyes wide and urgent. "He's....his life...?"

"She's telling the truth..." Low.

She bites her lip again, and nods. "Thank you," she manages to whisper.

The Oracle says "It was not written in stone, or I'd not be able to prevent it, but you are welcome. So.. a hold for Nadeen, and Olgar's return. Anything else? That is two, fate has three faces"

Sylvi looks to Vali and then Nadeen.

Dagmar chews on her thumbnail.

Nadeen bites her lip.

"Something...something for Adam's family. They suffered during this."

Siv nods "We know what Adam wants, but not sure he can have it"

"But...maybe make his folks happier? Like...they lightened up when they were almost-fae."

Then a curious look at the Fate. "Adam can't become true fae, can he?"

"He wants that, for sure..."

"Not sure he should...." Sylvi mutters.

"No. But..."
