For Adam, it's been..weird. Mom and dad revived an hour and a half later... sounds of a shower

And a knock at his door?

Well, the house door, but he's the only one up. his sister is out of her threads but hiding

Adam is in the living room. With Piper. On the Couch.

She looks up from where she was leaning against him, lightly playing with Adam's hair. "Do you need to get that?"

"Uhhhh... probably." Adam regretfully shifts Piper off his lap and goes to answer the door.

the door opens, and there's Zane "Hey, dude. Heard something big happened, wanted to make sure you were okay?"

"Dude. Yeah. Or I will be. Thanks for coming by."

"Or you will be? What happened?" He says

Meanwhile, theres a soft trotting sound in the kitchen

She sits up and straightens her hair a little, tossing her head so that the curls fall into place around her horns.

Piper sees a figure come out. She's met Mrs. Thomas before, but not .. not as a satyress. It looks good on her!

as does the bathrobe that shows things tastefully

"Whoa. Mrs. T, is that you?"

"Piper, you're one too? Oh my goodness, how blind have I been ?" She asks "Yeah, just happened. I'm told not the normal way. " A blush "Are my horns okay? " A bit larger than on your average female, normally it's the guys that get the bigger horns (Cue jokes here)

"No... they suit you." She looks over the new-old Satyr appraisingly. "My Aunt and Uncle are gonna be interested in hearing about this, to be sure..."

"Your aunt and.. is anyone in this town NOT a changeling?" She asks a bit louder than she meant to. Adam can hear her, as might Zane

She winces slightly at that. "Yes. A few people."

"Sorry, I just feel so.. I mean, whatever I feel I really FEEL it, is that normal?" She says

A smile. "Oh, yeah. It's great, isn't it?"

"It's wild," she admits "I worry Kyle's going to get a bit tired before we're done" Speaking of her husband

"Trolls have good stamina, just make sure to keep hydrated." She advises.

She confesses, "I was more impressed with his ah.. ..he's taller...if you get my hint? I think this as subtle as I get now and that could be a problem"

"Oh shit." At the conversation in the kitchen.

Zane says "Someone enchanted your mom? She's talking changelings? "

Adam facepalms. "No. Dude... you have to remember MOMS ok? Respect?"

"Come on man, that is an unfair stereotype, not every Satyr is a horndog. I mean, you're dating my cousin and she's lady...ish"

"My sister's a sluagh, my dad's a troll, and my mom's a satyr." Bluntly.

"And moms are off limits."

"how the hell? Dude, what did you..."

"Why don't you invite your friend in, Adam" Mrs. Thomas says

"Lots of reasons, mom.... " Adam mutters but lets Zane in. "Be cool, dude. Got it?"

Adam leads Zane in to where everyone else is.

A wiggly-fingered wave to her cousin.

"Sure I can be cool" He says "Hey Piper, " Then he sees Mrs. Thomas "HELLLOOO Mrs Thomas" He does not whistle, but that was a long 'hello'

Adam punches Zane, lilbit.

She laughs "Hello yourself, Zane. I had no idea how many satyrs there were around here."

"Oof" A grunt and whisper "Sorry sorry" Then Zane says "Oh yea, mom is kinian, as is sis, but dad and me? Well, you see the horns"

"Yes, you have large ones" Mrs. Thomas says "Very nice."

Zane puffs up a bit at that "Thanks."

A sigh.

She rolls her eyes a bit.

Catching Adam's sigh, she shoots him a grin.

He grins back, slowly.

Just for her.

"Hey, guys..... "

"Piper and I are going to, uh, finish talking."

"Oh, yes. Important things." She adds on helpfully.

"Well, ah, I guess I could teach you about being a satyr ? You know, all generous me.." Zane offers the older satyress.

"ZANE. DUDE."
