"We're lucky she didn't make something more predatory" Floppsy says "Nabuni, not a word of this to Adam."

"Adam's fine... but don't worry, I won't go into details. You guys should give him a chance."

"That was us. Floppsy came by to warn us a powerful dreamer is really kicking it in gear. Could be more chimera, but they're likely gonna be unstable, possibly dangerous"

"And warn you.. when you're enchanted it could be nasty. Yes, Floppsy will tell the lodge trolls I imagine. Though some are out of town"

"M'kay." A sleepy pause. "You, uh, getting what you need? From me?"

"It's. uhm.. nice" She says

A longer pause. "Is that good, or not?" Puzzled.

"It means I'm trying not to hurt your feelings, but it's kind of like asking if oatmeal is good. It is, bit of butter, maybe a touch of cinnamon... but then it's all you get to eat. Every day, every meal"

He pries his eyes open. "So not good? What do you need?"

"Well... I'll hang around some other dreamers now and then" a sigh "But for real variety? Nothing beats possession"

A groan. "Nab....."

"My dreams aren't enough?" Slightly hurt.

"Adam, what your'e feeling..... well, insecurity about inadequacy is normal, but you must not let it control you"

"Huh!?!" From sleepy to bug-eyed.

"Sometimes a guy can satisfy 9 times out of 10, but every now and then there's going to be a misfire. It happens"

Now he's just sputtering.

"Well.. nightmares and anxiety dreams are also dreams you know so... maybe it's just you don't want to remember the less stellar ones? I mean ,who can blame you? Who would want to?"

He sits up flailing. "Nab!!!"

"Fine! you're a dream stallion! You're a machine of carnal imagination! You're a Big O Factory and the main distributor of "Ooh god, oh god.. yes yes.. YES" on the East Coast.. is that what you want to hear?"

She huffs and wipes a lock of hair away from a horn.

"I know, I'm not saying your dreams suck. I'm saying... that it's the same every night more or less... okay ? Though Sam has been appearing a lot lately , when before Amira had a lead"
