Connor sits up within. “It’s Knight time.”

He sniffs the air.

Gerd and Wudlig are standing too, then Gerd says "HEy sleepyhead. Ready to go home?"

“Still hungry. Do you think we can have dessert when we get back?” He yawns hugely.

Gerd says "Given how much Kerri cooked and Tove too I think turkey is on the menu till Yule"

"I'll get you some pupkin cookies when we get home. Hey Gerd, Wudlig."

“Dagmar! You missed the music?”

"Oh, I went to watch the horses."

Wudlig says "Wayt the balefire shifted I thought.." he gets elbowed by Gerd

And shushes

“They’re good at dancing too.” He rubs his eyes, trying to stay awake. “and... less good at music. Too many hooves, two is enough?”

Sleepy pooka sense.

Gerd says "I think some others are staying the night. Want me to take the three of us... " She clearly means Dagmar, COnnor, and herself" And come back for the others when they text me?"

“Except on a carousel....”

He reaches for Dagmar’s hand, and Gerd’s.

"Yeah, I'd like to go home if you could. I owe you." She scoops up Connor in her arms.

“Uff!” Even better.

This should not prevent taking Gerd's hand!

“Wudlig too. He’ll be hungry,”

“And Kerri cooked too much Turkey.”

Yawning. “You smell like bacon.” To the Nocker.

"I have to give Colton a ride home, but thanks squirt" The Nocker says then chuckles at something "new Deodarant" A lie ,but humorous one

“it’s pronounced ‘Squire!” A grin.

Gerd gives Wudlig a kiss, then takes Dagmar's hand

"Bacon, huh?" She gives him a Look.

And Connors! He reaches for his sister.

Wudlig says "Gee love to tell you about it..." Little white lie "But you gotta go"

"Saw it." Smirk.

Gerd beams at Connor, then with three of them connected says "We've been inside the dragon's belly, not so rotten or so smelly, as we feared, and we've cleared, a wonderful fete let's disappear"

Wudlig's masked eyes sparkle and his lips slip into a smirk of his own, but he nods to Dagmar

And then he fades from view as Connor, Dagmar, and Gerd return to Bergen

And Connor is fully asleep again, his belly full and tuckered out, by the time they’ve flashed home.
