The caterpillars seem to get bigger in the mid sections, positively obese, and then, start to spew a thread over themselves... it is obvious cocoons are resulting

"Is it always like this?" 'Doc' asks, assuming Dagmar might know

"Weirder shit has happened. Soooo...."

"We probably want to step back, incase they get explodey. Could be a hydra thing."

She SCOOTS

"Sorry, I .. well, I think I'm not an action girl" Sheepish

"Could be we get a dozen more of'm." Frown. "I would rather not kill them with fire if they're not bad, you know?"

"Well, if it is what It looks like it could be quite..."

Then the cocoons break open...

and out come new chimera

"Beautiful" The satyress ooos

Her mouth tugs to the side in a small smile.

"Yeah, see? Good to wait."

"It was" She beams, her fear gone fast, and she laughs. Saytrs are passionate for good as well as ill. "Hi" She waves.

"Hello" One chimes "SO Sorry"/"Yes, we really weren't ourselves" The other says

"What happened?"

"We got a case of the mondays" One says./The other chimes happily "I will KICK your luminous ass"/"No sense of humor" The first says then answers "We got caught near a dreamer, they're having a bad time"

Frown. "Near here?"

"A house, off campus," One says

"Under the house, actually" says the other

There are houses just outside of Rutgers, but 'under'?

"What does the house look like? I won't ask you to lead us, that might harm you again."

"You are kind" One says bell like/"ALso a bad ass" The other observes/ "One can be kind AND a bad ass" The other humphs/"I didn't say other wise" The other bickers.

The teacher gives a voice of authority "Let's focus mmm?"

"Oh yes, it's a griege house " One says "With a flatish roof"

"That way"the other points west north, rather than north west, because chimera are weird like that

Myrine says "Thank you, and... forgiven. Some days we're just not ourselves"

"We all have those days. Okay, we'll check out the dreamer."

"You're both so nice" The first says "WIth such a BIG Weapon" /"It's not the size of the weapon, it's the size of the troll that uses it" The other says /"It is not..." "is too" And the two go off beautifully bickering

"I have students in my tuesday thursday classes like that" The satyress observes, then looks to Dagmar "Thank you so much by the way. You saved my... life? Yes. My life"

"They remind me of some nockers I've met." As they walk. "And no big. My job."

"Maybe your job, but manners maketh man, and woman, and I'll not neglect showing gratitude when it is due. " A smile, sincere, "You're a good person, Dame Dagmar. Now, how can I help you with this dreamer?"

"Well, this is also our job, yeah?"

"Direct them, muse them, make sure they don't get lost to despair."

She nods "Right to Dream " Then adds "And seems like a smart move for US too, if it keeps fewer bug hulk things from coming about. Do you have a car?"

"I have a bike." A pause. "It has a sidecar."

"Oh, so you don't need a ride" SHe says "Sidecar? Nice. When do you want us to head to this house?"

"You have a worse schedule than me, I think."

"In two hours I should be free if you like.."

"Okay, cool. "

"Thanks I.. ohh I'm gonna be late for class. Thank you again. " She breaks into a run, this time running TO something rather than away

She may need to be warned later about going suspiciously fast at college where unenchanted can see

She may, but not today.

Flyswatter, for its part, seems almost... well, smug.
