Sylvi nibbles on a cranberry muffin. "Hey, you're being less cryptic than usual, I think. So, okay, we'll keep an eye out, maybe put out a few feelers."

"Right, Dagmar?"

"It's appreciated"

"I can keep my eyes open, sure."

"Thanks. Look, be careful and don't look into it yourself. It can litterally pull you into a story"

"My god this muffin is good"

"Yeah? Well...in that case, don't tell Siv. She'd take that as a challenge."

"Oh geez. How IS ole Siv anyway?"

A slight hesitation before saying, "She's fine, last I saw."

"Good. And yeah she totally would."

"Hey, how are things up at Darkgate?"

"Oh good. Though we had a situation where some asshole went after a local drag queen."

Scowl!

"You took care of him?"

"So not cool."

"My chicanery is strong. I made the guy who was making the death threats THINK he grew boobs"

A smirk

"Juvenile? Yes. Crude. Yes. Hilarious? You betcha"

A small tug of her lips off to the side. Practically a grin!

"Well, if he starts shit again, I hope you give him...." Then she pauses and sighs. "No, actually...this is one of those things I'm learning about in Psych of Education. When kids bully, sometimes it's because they're scared. Not always, but...they don't know how to handle their insecurity. If I tell you to give him nightmares, it might make him worse."

"Gotcha" He nods, and nods approvingly "Psych of Education eh?"

"Like, I want him to be kicked down a hill...but that only works for a moment."

"Yeah, it's part of the teaching certification track." She shrugs.

"Wow, you're going to be like Vali. Thats so weird to me, but hey, power to you" He nods

"Oh, crap, I hope I'm nowhere near as corny as him!"

"You aren't."

"Mind you, not a hard standard to avoid" A grin

"Now, some of the cool stuff at Darkgate... Sully got SO mad at this happening, the next musical is going to be Tootsie... and KinkyBoots"

And he relates news of dark gate and the area around it

Laughter, and Sylvi listens eagerly to the plans for the shows and whatever other news he has to share.

Dagmar is happy to listen, to be included even if she's peripheral.

Oh he's delighted to regale them both... there's a story about the statue and a hat contest...
