A deep breath and exhale. "Redcap."

Merione says "if only we had heroes ready to step up, while a pooka girl focused on her essay"

"Wait...you can still hear your knight?"

"Oh verily" the shield says "we are one"

A brow at the pooka. "You're bailing? Well...you certainly helped. Thank you."

To the shield, she asks, "What's happening for him right now? Is he okay?"

"Behind bars of magic, he is on display, near beasts mythical in dark array." The Shield says "Helpless is he, and his frustration great. He rails and says this will not be his fate"

Merione winces at the 'bailing' word

"Can you tell if he's still on the campus? Or did he get transported somewhere else?"

"He is not on campus, which is most unjust. He's a creature of the academic" A nod "But he may not be far from it"

"If we take you with us, can you tell us when we're getting closer?"

"Of Certes!" It shines with eagerness

"Hot and cold," she says with a grin. "Okay...let's go find a menagerie."

"Merione, you gonna help?"

Merione groans, "Well, Gerbils are among nature's most fierce predators" She looks at the shield, then says "Lead on, thick blue lines"

Sylvi gives Merione an approving nod.

She offers the shield to Dagmar.

"It's the teeth. Plus, y'know, screaming potatoes."

She takes the shield.

Dagmar takes the shield and the thing no longer has to whisper "ONWARD!"

Merione blushes

A soft chuff of amusement.

"Nice. Where should we start?"

"Should we take my land rover?" Merione dangles a key chain

A look at the keys. "So...either not yours, or not a land rover. Will we all fit?"

"Not a statement, but a question. So.."

"Point! Okay, sure, let's take your wheels."

She gestures and points to the vehicle

"That looks like it's made of Legos."

"Don't sneeze too hard" The pooka warns "You'll break it" She removes the soft cover top to make it a convertable the trolls can fit in, and then gets in the driver seat.
