Yeah, this is good. When they talk, it's project advice.

Then finally, time has passed, and they've got their outlines... and Chelsea says "Thanks for understanding how weird I am in my head"

"I.. listen, it's okay?"

"And.. I mean.. I mean, if it's too weird, I'd understand."

"It's MY dream, I'm the weird one" She smiles

Shrug. "Everyone's got a bit of weird."

"Least everyone worth knowing."

Her smile grows at that, "Thanks." A blush "Okay. I had ..dream where I was attending all these strange folks in a kind of greek temple, but no then it felt more like a warrior hall, then more like a D&D tavern."

"And.. it was cool. I was a servant, got a job there? I think. And there was this awesome warrioress she.. looked like you" A blush

"Well, I would like being a warrioress. But you shouldn't be a servant."

"You could be, like... a bard, maybe."

"I like that." She smiles "But being a cupbearer is actually a great honor in some cultures"

"Yeah, they sure come up a lot in myths..."

"Guess we're all grateful for the person who holds back poisoners" SHe makes a note "interesting, that might help with our projects."

"Oh?"

"Well, one of the few 'honors' women were allowed now and then were cupbearers, that might be servile but still, a lead to your project?"

"Maybe!"

"Seems like a lot of cupbearers might have been lovers, too..."

A blush again "Oh?"

"No, yeah, I was reading..."

"Yeah, here, see? Ganymede was pretty, and kidnapped by Zeus..."

"Oh, 'huh'" SHe looks over "Okay that is NOT the way the books in my middle school had it" Then she looks at Sam "Welcome to college, huh?"

"To be fair, Zeus."

"Oh yeah, " She whispers " Is there anything with a hole that he DIDN'T stick it in?"

"Not that I've read."

They are at the library, so Chelsea tries really hard not to laugh, what happens is a mostly silent laugh but her belly shakes

A more relaxed grin when she succeeds in making her friend laugh.

Finally she gets her breath back "you're great"

"I just want to search the world for official legends of Zeus where he gets more than a few minutes of screen time without screwing something"

"I mean, that in itself could be a whole academic career"

"QUest!"

"quest?" A smile "Glory and Riches are beyond our reach, but a full belly, that dream, can come true" quoting the movie that first got them to notice each other

A quieter smile.

Maybe things are okay!

Then in a softer voice "Quest." And a nod

"Even if it's, like, quixotic."

"Hey, those windmills had it coming" She says tapping a finger on the desk lightly

"Exactly."

"you wanna see that Wakanda movie? I .. I haven't gone yet"

"I do. I liked the first."

"Loved it. I'm worried I can't make the W without apprporirating, and it's like fictional"

"Yeah, I get that."

"But if there was a college program in Wakanda Americans could go to? Totally. Sign me up for Vibrainium trains and Rhino rides"

"I'd want to be one of the Dora Milaj."

"Oh they would totally take you in" She nods "You're on the ball"

A question "Do they have to shave their heads though? You've got nice hair"

"Oh, point. I like my hair."

A smile "I like it too. Mine's just so flat" A sigh

"Ha, that's how it always works."
