And she does. Some of the students who were used to breezing through math in high school look surprised at some of the stuff they're warned is coming. Surely they won't actually have to.. STUDY will they? Where as some students who push through by studying hard until they get it right, nod as if that's business as usual. It's possible those USED to struggling will have an edge for once

Plus, she has Symon.

When that class ends, she steps out into the sun again, and her eyes take a moment to adjust.

She sees a flash of a crimson steed with scarlet armored knight riding by, a chimera "Welcome to Rutgers, young warriors! Gird your mind! Face your fears! And you will know ...GREATNESS!!!!"

There's a kind of odd feeling of CONFIDENCE that ripples out... She's heard of rede's of fear from some chimera, but this is a kind of courage!

Even the unenchanted seem to feel it. Back's straighten, smiles grow more confident without being cocky. One nerdy guy looks on with greater resolve

The knight chimera moves too quickly to track after that, as it makes what appear to be rounds through the campus

The unenchanted feel something, at least the less banal ones do, but chalk it up to a good vibe or positive mood swing

Holy shit, the girl is a sidhe, the vibe is different from Nadeen, not as Unworldly, but yes, a sidhe. The woman is distant enough it's hard to really make out voile from this far. But a sidhe is a sidhe is a sidhe and they do pop

She raises a hand in a wave. Sam is tall. Dagmar is a giant.

She can catch up with her if she likes. Right now the sidhe is looking at where the Chimera WENT but.. she might turn her head

And indeed, she turns, and then sees the troll and brows shoot up in surprise

A closer to the vest finger wiggle as the sidhe looks about to see what mortals might be noting this interaction

Her voile does have green, but no falcons today - an earthy viking-esque vibe in the colors of a summer forest.

Closing brings the sidhe into view. And her glory glows. Autumn Sidhe she maybe, but she's still sidhe. Her hair is dark, not black, but a brown that looks black until the light hits it right.

Her voile is not fancy at first glance, a simple sleeveless leather jerkin to trol leyes, but when you get closer that 'simple' leather jerkin shows etchings .. and among those etchings, the symbol of Scathach

By sidhe's standards? She's 'average' which is to say, to most everyone else she could be a model

She walks up to Sam cautiously, not reaching for a weapon, but nods "Is everything all right?"

"Sure it is, I think. Just... new here, yeah? Freshman."

"Ah, I'm a sophomore" She relaxes a bit, "I see you've seen the knight. Not all his manifestations are positive. But that's one of the main ones. He appears every year to cheer on new and returning students."

She offers out a hand. "I'm D... Sam. And I think that's cool."

"Michelle" she takes the hand "Obviously I don't go by that in other circles. D'Sam. "

"Likewise. Are there... are there a number of us around? Any good hangouts?"

"Not so many as you might hope, but not so few as you feared" Michelle shrugs then she ponders "Well, there's the Li'Brewary" It sounds like Library but the WAY She says it and her smile hints at more

"I don't mean to be pushy, or rude, or just..." She gestures, spreading out her hands. "New place."

"I'll have to check it out. Maybe my housemates will wanna go."

"Anyone one of the glows is ago they say" she nods "Your Housemates are also all glimmer I take it?"

She nods. "Sylvi's almost as tall as me, so hard to miss."

"The third wants to be missed, and is good at it."

"Ah" If she doesn't know what kith is being hinted at she at least suspects. Michelle nods "We're mostly a common folk around here, this is kind of neutral ground"

"I'm from Rivervale, so it's not too bad to get home."
