Gerd rubs at her horns a bit "Rowan, Dagmar, maybe we should just enjoy the meal?"

"This is my home. I've sworn to protect it. You want to know about defenses? Understand that I take my word very, very seriously."

Mutters, "Beginning to understand why this place is having trouble finding new blood."

"Good for you."

"Fuck you!"

To Gerd. "My duffel. Please." Tone even.

"Whoa" Gerd turns to see Dagmar cut that loose "Hey, whoa.. just.." Then Rowan asks for their duffel, "Sure. Here, let me flicker flash you back to the front door of the lodge."

"No, thanks, I'll find it. Rather walk."

She's glaring, hands clenched into fists.

"Understood" She makes sure Rowan has her duffle bag and says "Vali is probably back by now"

"So glad I've got three-days of hospitable welcome coming to me at the Lodge, at least." Swings the duffel over their shoulder, and tips a jaunty little salute at both of them. "Great meal, thanks so much. Later."

Dagmar pulls out her wallet and throws a few bills down on the table - hoage and most of the fries still untouched.

Lucia returns "how is ...everything tasting?"

Rowan saunters off, whistling.

"Some to go bundles, please" Gerd says drily

Dagmar stalks off once Rowan is clear, heading out of the restaurant and towards the woods.

Lucia frowns "Uhm... you can cut my tip in half if you tell me what happened here, Gerd"

"WIsh I knew, Lucia, I really do" Gerd says and gets the to go stuff, and heads towards her car

Dagmar has, apparently, split.

She texts Dagmar and waits at the car TXT: Let me know if you want a ride home?

She'll wait a while then text her Uncle somethings. Best he at least be forewarned that things are... tense.
