She puts a hand over one eye, watches Blinkums with the other, and then recites in a whisper:

That evokes nearly a chuckle. "Then... that is all. I have no other questions." She speaks at normal tone, allowing the cantrip to fade.

"Blinkums," she asks normally, "would you be willing to work for me?"

"You... you would let even though Blinkums made by a bad man? Sent to spy spy?" A stunnned look "if.. so , then yes yes? Do not like Mis Mcillicuddy's bloomers."

Gerd covers her mouth to stop a snort

"I have not decided. But I am considering it. And I do not wish you to have to return to that. Let me think on it some more. For now, Gerd, please introduce Blinkums to the horses. See if they will tolerate him, especially after they see him catching flies."

"If they see him catchinng flies they'll probably insist we hire him" She nods "Come on Blinkums, if you kill some horse flies you'll more thann make a few friends"

BLinnnkums nods and says "YUM YUM"
