A scowl at Frank. "I do not understand."

But then frowns at Gerd's news.

Then to Gerd, "Siv told you this?"

"Yeah. Siv said if it were't for the fact the mom is doing it because she loves and worries about Piper, she'd be real cheesed so she's tryinng to roll with it"

She is already looking past them, towards the Lodge and the unknown entity there.

"Mm. And...Siv would not be glad that you told us this. Understood...I will try to leave you out of it."

She starts moving past them and towards the Lodge.

"Brekke." he calls gently "I would not bring danger to the Lodge. Blinkums is not a threat."

"Yeah, sorry, you asked. Of course, Dirk and Prissy are having romanntic troubles... and Zane felt bad for mouthingg off to the Mountain but I hear that's settled. "

"Pardon, Gerd."

"Blinkums was created by and supposed to serve Leech, but he, or it, hid in McGillicudy's basement instead. To give you an idea of how sincere he was in avoiding service to Leech, he chose to stay near McGillicudy instead."

Brekke pauses, looking at Frank...and relaxes marginally. "No. Of course you would not."

A face "That poor creature. Miss McGillicudy for company?"

Her eyes widen at Blinkum's self-sacrifice. "He survived in there?"

If they go in, they see the creature sitting in a corner where Frannk left it, but lookingg out in the room

"Gerd, I would wish to hear more, but at the moment...." she goes inside and sees...it. "Ah. You must be Blinkums."

"Blinkums, this is the Chieftess I spoke of."

Frank nods in response to Brekke's question.

"Yes, you boss?" Blinkums sits up "Ah, you is Boss Boss! "he bows. As his head is also in his torso, it's comical

"Ah. Yes." She nods in reply. "Thank you."

"You have grand grand place, like forest sky in building, feels wandering haven"

Frank goes to fill a coffee mug and a cider glass.

The football sized Chimera blinks happily at the rafters

A slow nod from Brekke. "Thank you. I am told that you worked for Leech." She is listening with ever bit of Gwydion boon she has.

"Made by leech as Spy Spy" He poinnts to hsi eye "What I see, he see. First seemed okay, but he wannt me do bad bad! Hurt peoples! Felt wrong. Was Wrong. Blinnkums did nont want to be wrong. So I go look at McGgillicudy's laundry. Let Leech see that. "

He hanggs his head "Sorry, could not be hero. Could only not help villain. Am not brave"

"Hm." Brekke considers this. "You hindered him. This is a contribution."

the Mountain brings the Storm a coffee.

"Is there another who sees what you see, now?"

She accepts the coffee with a grateful nod and takes a sip.

"No. No. Don't think so no." But he looks worried "If so, cann go back to laundry?"

"Hm. I wonder how we might find out...."

He offers cider to Gerd.

Then a blink. "Your pardon, Blinkums...do you wish food or drink?"

"Food am fine, do not eat much. You got bugs?"

Gerd stops "bugs?"

"Yes. Blinkums can eat bugs. Flies. Roaches. Gnats."

"I...do not think there are many inside the Lodge. Oh...I suppose there are many near the stables, by the manure pile. I do not know if that would appeal to you, however."

"I eat there if you like like?" Binkums offer "Not like mannure, but clear flies near horse horse?"

"The horses may well appreciate that," she nods. "I will show you there. But I still wish to determine if you currently see for another." She considers for a moment, then looks to Frank and Gerd. "Ideas?"

"Omen him? Willow Whisper maybe..." Gerd ponders

"I think if you were to give him some Glamour, infuse him, he will serve you."

"Or, at least, he will attune to you."

Blinkums walks over to a wall. Sniffs. "You do got a bug. Roach. One of first. Egg lair. Want me get?"

A nod at the thought about Willow Whisper. Then to Blinkums, "Can you get it without destroying the wall?"

"Yup yup. You want me get?"

"Yes." Brekke steps closer to observe.

And frogg like, a tongue elongates, and then, seems to slide into the cracks.
