A curious look, and she enters. She's aware that Sylvi and Nadeen and Kelby have come down from up north, but has had little time to spend with them so far. "Hello, all. News?"

Frank goes to the desk and gets the note from Hewitt, returning to pass it to her before going to get her a coffee.

Kelby beams "Chieftain"

"It is good to see you all," she says. She takes the note from Frank curiously, and frowns as she reads. Then a pleased look and a nod. "Bridge Sylvi, thank Chieftain Hewitt from us when you return."

Frank brings the coffee.

"Chieftain," Kerri says, "there is more." She explains about the element of hostage-taking that's been identified.

Siv kens both her parents intently

Siv notes her mother is well and strong enough in glamour, but deeply concerned about the situation.

Brekke frowns, then nods. "That makes sense. Simple revenge would not be sufficient."

Frank's Glamour is strong and he seems whole.

"Chieftain, we can defeat him"

Kerri nods. "We can. Nadeen has an excellent plan."

"Does she?" Brekke turns to Nadeen to hear more.

"yes," And nadeenn relates what she told the others earlier

"Mm." Brekke listens with a focused expression, then nods slowly. "That is well thought-out. And we have the people who have the skills. Thank you, Baroness Nadeen."

Frank nods.

"You're welcome, Chieftain. Silver wolf sends it's regards" she repeats that too, concernnsn and aid

"I'd like to help," Sylvi offers. "I can fill in as needed while others are working on these plans."

Siv looks pleased "Disguise I can do"

Brekke nods solemnly. "If DarkGate can spare you for more time, it will be appreciated."

She frowns again, thinking. "Siv and Nadeen, I wish you to be with me as we discuss this plan with SallyMae and Zane."

"Of course, Chieftain" Nadeen nods "My pleasure" And that's true

"Thank you."

Frank's beard moves, and he nods slightly to himself.

"I think that there is a good likelihood that this approach -- attacking on multiple fronts -- will work well to undermine this particular threat."

"Tell them about the werewolves" Siv says "They'll never see that coming"

"Pardon?" Nadeen's eyes grow wide

A brow at Siv.

Perhaps Brekke hadn't wanted to communicate that element to everybody.

She clears her throat. "That is not yet a certainty."

"Ah" Nadeen says "And might not be something one loyal to another hold needs to hear? I understand"

Brekke clears her throat again. "You are an ally, Baroness Nadeen. However, some choices may be on the edge of what is acceptable. I would keep you free of those entanglements."

"Understood" She says

"Peannut butter cookies, beyatches..." Jordan comes out then pales "The Chief is here.. ah.. I'm going back in to help Connor" And he leaves the plate of cookies for all and retreats

Causing laughter from some or at least chuckles, and pausing talk for a peanut butter cookie break
