Frank seems grumpy but allows himself to be brought to the Lodge and settled at teh 'Fire. "... I'm fine. No permenant damage done."

Jaymes grunts ("Wives get protective, Frank. We both know that")

Connor watches as the battered crew trudges in. He moves over to tug at Jaymes' arm. "What happened? I thought you got the monster already." He asks in a stage whisper.

"There were some more monsters but we took care of them" Jaymes says "And caught the one making them. She's in custody. That's on super childing clearance level to know"

He nods solemnly. "Monster makers are bad news. But you got her. That's GOOD news. So now no one will try to hurt Lane!"

Frank even grouses a little when required to take a chair instead of settling on the floor. But only a little.

Jaymes ponders then says "The one that was caught will no longer try to hurt Lane" A nod

"So she's safe." He presses.

A frown then "We will fight to keep her safe"

"Connor." Frank says calmly from his seat "She is as safe as we can make her. She is at Jaymes' house, with Dagmar on guard."

He ponders this, and nods, satisfied with this answer. "Dagmar will keep her safe. I wasn't even worried."

Frank's beard moves. "Yes, she will."

Jaymes shoots his brother a grateful look

"Jack and I will step up the pawtrols. I'll take Oak with me too."

Frank pauses before responding. "Yes, but only around the Barn, please."

Oak is atenntive at this

"Heard!" Connor says, and straightens up. He gives Frank a careful pat on the arm. "You stay and rest. Us Shadowpaw warriors will take it from here." Solemnly.

Oak brushes by Frank, licks his paw..err hand as if to say "I'lll watch him"

Frank grunts acceptance.

Connor salutes and trots out with Oak. He's on the shadowpath to protect the Barn! Hup hup!

Oak is very on guard, as the Jehovah Witness duo learns when they close on Connnor a bit too fast.

Olgar looks at Frank, "Oak's a good dog. " A beat "Not sure why he likes you so much but minor failing"

A grunt, eyes closed.

JYames rolls his eyes at Olgar, and gets Frank a drink nearby

He takes it when nudged and sips.

Olgar asks "So, about the bike?"

Brekke has cleaned up a bit (and yes, she made sure Frank got cleaned up, too, before making him sit by the 'Fire). Now she paces slowly in the main hall, frowning in thought.

"What about it?"

"Few clues onn it.."

"Go ahead."

Brekke looks over, listening to the report, but still pacing.

"Well, the plate is a minor treasure, meant to fuddle cops and cameras.. seen it before"

"Not this one, but it means she was covering her mortal identity as well as her fae one. Then there's tthis..." He pulls out a map "Frank, this is your area of expertise I think"

Brekke nods to Frank, watching silently.

Frank sits up and extends an arm to take the map.

And examines.

If Frank looks over the map, it appears to be a map not just of the North eastern US higghways, but key points marked down... little notation at ..gas stations. She's ordered out distance before she would have to refuel

"Mm. Not sure what we can do with this here. Without more information from this mistress."

"Well, we could willow whisper or omen it, right?" Olgar says "Or at least, free motorcycle"

Brekke moves to Frank and takes a look over his shoulder. Then she nods to Olgar. "That. Also...Frank, do any of those routes seem connected to other holdings? Or trod hubs?"

He checks.

Now that's an interestinng note ... each of these has a hold within 10 miles!

"These are... adjacent to holds." He points it all out.

Olgar raises a brow "Huh.. yeah, this gas station's not so far from Silverwolf"

"Mmph."
