On one side it’s a prancing puppy... on the other, a mounted knight. Delicate as crystal, and yet feeling as solid as steel, she knows that an accidental troll lean won’t hurt this delicate LOOKING treasure... and it IS a treasure, of sorts, it fuzzes with glamour under her fingers.

And he Beams at Kerri. “Yesssss! Snow cones!”. And he gives the bowl to Jack to hold for a moment, “Now don’t let it melt... or I’ll never forgive you.

Gerd says "Hey, there's Wayfare magic in that"

"Oh, there... hunh."

"Snow cones!" Jack says

He looks up to Dagmar with an earnest, solemn expression. “A Yule angel says that some day when all hope is gone and you feel like you will just keel over, and you don’t have your rusty old trusty squire by your side, you just click your heels three times and smooch this orb, and you will poof to his side!”

“But only like a HUNDRED times.”. He says, holding up a single finger.

“So even IF you have to go questing without me sometimes... you don’t have any excuse to not come back. The glowy golden troll said so.”

Blink!

He looks worried. “Jack, did I say it wrong?”

Tugging the boy’s arm. “You saw it too, you heard!”

"Nope. Yule Angel, in black and red armor... BIG smile.. for a troll"

"Wow... just... thank you, Connor."

Sylvi's still excitedly looking over the map, but her head jerks up at Jack's words. "Wait...what? Black and red armor?"

"It's so you can flash to your squire"

Jack explains

“Poof, I said.” Nodding.

"or your squire can go to you."

“No, it only works the other way.”

He hushes him!

Jack looks at Connor "So THAT'S why you share your snow cones wiht me. I'm your support satyr"

Then he gets shushed "RIGHT. sorry, one way.. knight to squire, like ..chess?"

“No, that’s for my last present.” He grins to Jack. “But you can have the chocolate I got in my Farm Stocking.”

"Wait...Jack..." Sylvi tries again. "You said you saw a...a Yule Angel, in black and red armor?"

Then to Sylvi "uhm.. yeah. Yule Angels look like trolls, but with a golden glow around them"

“She was goldy glowy!”

Nod nod!

“In the snowy.”

Sylvi blinks, bites her lip, and looks at her father.

“She came down when I wished too hard on the star.”

Olgar looks at Sylvi and nods

He leans against Dagmar. “I didn’t MEAN to wish hard enough to bother an ANGEL, but I really wanted it...”

Sylvi sighs and smiles with something like nostalgia, but doesn't say anything else about it.

"This is an amazing gift, and I just got you shoees..."

“The BEST shoes. Oh Oh, but the snow will melt.”

He suddenly remembers his last gift.

“can everyone please come around in a circle? I promise it’s not a prank.”

"Everybody?" Kerri asks, but then shrugs and gets up.

“And you have to hold hands!”. Piper looks amused. Symon shrugs a bit but it’s Yule... Connor taking the bowl from Jack so his hands are free.

Brekke looks a bit skeptical...after all, the pooka just promised it wasn't a prank, so what could possibly go wrong?...and she takes hands with Frank on one side, and on the other side with whoever is there.

And Jack frees things up and readies

Piper is the only one who falls for that, but meanwhile as Symon starts to say “Now that’s a bit much- “. Connor pulls out an empty snowglobe, just a orb of plain glass, and drops it into the snow from outside the Lodge, as the family and friends all gather around... and then peeps to see what scene might appear within it....

Brekke watches this, puzzled. Sylvi isn't quite certain this isn't actually a prank.

“Loo loo... why is no one else singing?”. Piper pouts, squeezing Jonas and Siv’s hands.

"Love you so much" Siv smiles

And the globe has a tiny Lodge in it.. RIVERVALE Lodge......and if you look into the 'window' you can just make out a tiny circle of ..well, THIS circle

He BEAMS as it appears! He had hoped! And it worked! And this he offers to Siv with a smile. “Now you can go off to crazy seas and Knight Erranting and Deserts and all that stuff. But you’ll always have Yule with you.”
