Adam carefully puts the lamp in the Chief's the hands.

"Heh."

"Tell me.I will order it so, Chief."

"No, just thinking. Dunno, was thinking - wishes are hard, like, I have more than I ever expected."

"And I wouldn't want a wish to mess up things at home or with my family, y'know?"

Mazu-Morkata hovers over the lamp "I am immortal but I still feel the passage of time"

"Do you think a wish could change the past?" She asks, not really of anyone in particular.

"Maybe?"

"But that seems real dangerous, too."

Adam glances back at Piper and Nab.

"You'd be a different person."

"Maybe a better person." She mutters before turning suddenly and staring at the door, then moving over to the stove. "Herbal, you said?"

"Like - the bad stuff sucks. Maybe... wish to stop hurting from it."

(PIper and Nab are in the kitchen not in View to Adam)

"ADAM." Brekke looks angry. "Did you bring this to me so I could make a good decision, or so you could avoid having to be responsible for the decision that was made? I asked you a question. What would you have asked for?"

"I GAVE YOU A TREASURE!"

"Give me the answer to my question."

"I gave... I wanted to... I ..."

A flinch in the kitchen as she hears the raised voices.

Kerri looks up at the sound of the voices from the other room, tense...but returns her attention to making the tea.

Dagmar frowns, and her hand drifts to her mouth. Nervous knuckle-chew.

Gerd takes slow braeths.

"i want to be fae. sidhe."

Adam looks away.

Mazu-Morkata smiles "You wish a sidhe before you, Chieftain?"

He claps his hands together

"No."

Brekke is quiet a moment. "You are afraid of this request. So you would have me choose."

"NO."

She looks to the Genie. "Be silent."

"No."

"Explain, Adam."

Kerri pours the kitchen group tea. Camomile. Nice and soothing. Probably not soothing enough.

"Here's to making wise choices," she murmurs, raising her own cup to the others.

Dagmar lifts her mug, but keeps glancing at the door.

"I just... I wanted to bring these wishes to you. To help. That's all."

Gerd takes a cup "Thanks"

Nabuni paces "he's great just like he is... but if it makes him happy"

He looks away stubbornly.

Brekke watches him and nods slowly. "You are speaking truly."

"So take the wishes and let me know and I'll make them."

A deep breath. "I will make my wish...but I do not know if it can be done. If it cannot...I intend to give you your wish, Adam."

She wraps her hands around the mug, but doesn't drink...

Kerri sips... but yes, chamomile is not strong enough to snap this tension.

Adam lifts his head. "I have a wish left."

"I think? A day left to make it."

"No." Mazu-Morkata says "You used a wish to give your remaining wish to the Chieftain. So SHE has one wish"

"But she does have a day to make it"
