She stops as Symon intercedes. "What?" She doesn't want to wait, clearly.

"Yes. I'll help" Jack says, then he says to Brekke "He'll be okay. He's tough. "

A finger points to his leg - precisely where he was stuck, and then trails up his side, fingers splaying here, and here. "It's chimerical, but.... wyrded. Pooling here... and here. You should bleed him. Quickly, before it reaches his heart. Not just healing - it needs.... purging."

"If a tourniquet earlier... but too late for that..." He mutters, eyes glowing that eerie color still.

Dagmar grunts, keeping the goblin suspended.

"Spring magics," she says. "They will purge." But she hesitates.

Olgar grunts "I'll get more dross."

"I do not know how...." A furrowed brow as she looks at the spots Symon indicated.

He tightens his lips, hesitant to stand up before the Chieftain. But then marshals his will, and his expression looks gets a bit of the sternness at Dr. Lee sometimes shows to an obstinant patient. "Bleed him FIRST, the spring will heal that." A small pocketknife produced, and offered to the Chief. Olgar's knife, in fact. "Do it or don't, but if you do, do it NOW."

And he jabs a finger onto the man's side where he indicates that she should cut, if she will.

(Does she continue to hesitate?)

No, once he indicates where, and she has the blade in hand, she does as he directs, grateful that Frank is frozen for this.

He watches, praying to da'an itself that he wasn't wrong....

Vali gets up "Shit.." And moves... to freeze the blood before it falls, collecting it in his hands. Odd.

Better than a mess. He thinks. Buckets would be better. Leeches, best...

Brekke focuses on the wound, then looks to Symon. "Now?"

A lancet, or a scarificator to more precisely bleed out.... then he focuses, looking over Frank once more, eyes glowing again.

Brekke looks like she might shove the sluagh out of the way if she has to wait much longer.

He slips out of the way. "Take him... make sure to focus on his heart." I think. He does not add aloud.

Brekke will knock over anybody who gets in the way of her carrying Frank up the stairs. Few have ever seen the Chieftain move so fast, and even with carrying him, she doesn't seem to notice the weight of the burden.

Symon is watching Vali, now that the chief has carried the patient away.

Frank will be saved, purged, then restored.. it takes a bit of dross.. but it works. The color returns to him and yes... he's carted off to rest.

Vali gathers the blood ice chunks in a bowl, "Sorry, Symon. As a rule blood isn't to be spilled in a hold... color me superstitious."

He nods. "It wouldn't have been my first choice of location. But that poison... nasty bit of work." He sounds almost... admiring for a moment.

Olgar walks to Dagmar "Want me to take over watching the Gob?"

"I'd burn those." He advises Vali in a private whisper. "Once they melt. Not in the bale, though. Normal fire might cleanse it. And don't want the Mountain's blood just hanging around where anyone could get at it."

Grunt. ("Got him.")

Vali nods "Thinking much the same"

Olgar nods "Okay. "

Catching a glimpse of Dagmar and prisoner belatedly - apparently a lot needs to be caught up on.

And it will be...as much time is spent preparing a 'place' to Freeze the Goblin later... and catching up.

Gerd gets drinks for folks "Feel like I haven't done anything as part of this for an hour. Good sign we need to slow it down and take a breather"
