He flumps on the ground, tail deflating. "If I get dross I can buy a ride though. And then, then you have to drive where I say? And I can put my head out the window?"

Olgar looks amused at the pooka playing hard ball so to speak

"I might need a helper sometimes kiddo." Adam says. "You're my guy."

"Can I go out and kick ass now?" Dirk says bored.

"You can go on patrol, yeah" Olgar says

"I'm your guy? I'm his guy!" His chest puffs up proudly.

Dirk walks out

"Me too, Mr Davidson?"

"If you're ready to go"

Connor settles in comfortably, an eye cast towards the kitchen. Prime Rib Watch has begun.

Connor might hear a phone call "Sparky? What can you get me on Prime Ribs pronto?"

Thump thump thump goes his tail. Sparky sounds like a good boy.

Olgar looks over to Connor, If I had a tail I'd probably wag it for pRime rib too

A grin. Sometimes, rovers understand each other.

"Thanks, Sparky. I owe you one" Click sound

Adam nods. "Sure. Better than homework! Connor, Imma catch this on solo, just the first time."

"Just the first time." He agrees.

"Hope it works out for you," Olgar tells him

"Why wouldn't it?" Cheerfully as he heads out. "Bye Sally Mae!" He calls.

"Bye, pumpkin" she calls out

Adam laughs softly, victorious, and heads for his car.

"Punkin?"

"It's a large swollen vegtable considered pretty only trotted out for rare occasions" The Rover observes "It's squash"

"And you chop eyeball holes and scoop out the guts and put candles in his head!"

"We'll watch and find out" He says

"He's safe until Howloween." A grin. Not at all ominous.

"heh" Olgar grins
