"Tove does have a recording area set up in her she-shed," Kerri confirms. "I'm not sure how sound-proofed it is -- she's mostly acoustic, I think."

Brekke nods. "That may be a start. Perhaps we may assist beyond that, if needed."

"Well, I suspect I have hashed your zen, Chieftain, and for that, I am sorry" She says "When that sweet pooka gave me this to play with, I just had to try it out."

Connor's eyes widen and he shakes his head - though he always looks kinda guilty.

Gerd looks at Connor, then nods as he shakes his head, she believes him

A blink at Connor....that blink coming simultaneously from the Chieftain, Kerri, and Sylvi.

"He didn't do it" Gerd crosses her arms

"Ahhh, which pooka, Miss Etsie?" Sylvi asks.

"I only gave Margalita the IDEA to build a drum machine... " He does confess...

"Your Thane, lovely lady. Welcomed me to the neighborhood" A smile

"My..." Brekke looks puzzled and perhaps a bit concerned.

"Thane Tiffany?"

Tail (tails?) wag.

"I think that was her name, but she also claimed to be Yoko 'Oh No' so it was hard to keep track. Older Wilder, athletic girl. Talked about her damsel"

Gerd snerks

"Mm." Brekke nods. "Tiffany. Well...that was very kind of her," she allows evenly.

Kerri presses her lips together to avoid grinning.

Connor is giggling audibly behind his hands

"I am increasingly thinking the young lady's generosity had ulterior motives," Etsie notes their looks, then shakes her head with a laugh "It was a generous gift though and I can't really be upset about it. I'll try to use it a bit more judiciously in the future though"

"Now that everyone's up - I'll go make pancakes." He suggests, "And bacon...." Casting a sly, and hopeful, look over at Kerri...

From a window, a bleary eyed face looks down at the ground below. Siv's mattered and wild hair falls like torn netting as the girl, who had clearly not been getting enough sleep, shoots a baleful look on the porch. She groans, and vanishes with a slam to the shutters.

Kerri chuckles at the boy. "I will help you, Connor." She goes with him to the kitchen.

"Yippee!" And trots off, delighted that this worked.

"Please do not think us unappreciative of your skill, Etsie," Brekke says.

Gerd grins "Happy to assist," And follows Connor "Need to catch up with little bro"

"Thank you, Gerd," Kerri nods, welcoming the help.

"Maple syrup goes better on pancakes."

"Would you like some coffee or tea, Miss Etsie?" Sylvi offers. She's still half-rumpled.

Etsie glances over at where the shutters slammed "I think your daughter might disagree, Chieftain, but kind of you to say. I can't play like I used to anyway, not for long. Spots and spurts."

Etsie grins, "You're a good one, Sylvi. And A shot of coffee would do me great, thanks."

Brekke is silently thankful for that.

"Coming up." Sylvi hurries back inside.

"Maybe make the coffee extra-extra." He suggests.

"Oh," Sylvi pauses. "Do you want anything in it?"

Etsie makes sure the Amp is off, etc. Now going carefully through a check to make sure it's all secure. "Shot of whiskey never hurt the flavor for me, but other wise straight up is fine. Back in the days I got coffee, if you asked for a latte mocha capachino espresso, it was a good way to risk an ass kicking. Don't get me wrong, I like the options we have now, but I never got the taste for anything fancier than a shot of the irish in the black, so old school is best for me. Thanks for asking"

"Dad? Can you get the whiskey?" Sylvi asks Olgar, who is apparently still struct speechless.

"Uh, yeah, Yeah" Olgar says and snaps out of it to do just that.

Connor, meanwhile, has a mug of his own - mostly milk, a big dollop of maple syrup, and just a touch of coffee more for color than anything else. "Delicious troll-style coffee." Slurp.

Kerri appreciates Connor's concoction. "That actually doesn't look half bad."

He carefully pours a mug for Kerri, and adds milk and Maple in roughly opposite proportions. "I'm a CHEF!"

The Chieftain settles into the other chair on the porch. "I know it would lose a great deal, but do you ever play acoustic?"

Gerd is assisting, "Connor's pretty good at concoctions and culitary experimentaion. He made a mango sammich for Snow"

"Hmm." With all the fearlessness of a troll, she tastes the drink.

"Of course," She says "Can't ride the storm constantly, sometimes you have to shoot the breeze." a smile.

Brekke nods, a hint of amusement about her eyes. "I would like to hear this, sometime."

"Be delighted. Got any favorite balladeers, Chieftain?"

"Vocalists, mostly," she admits.

"I'm not as good a singer, but if you'd willing to sing along, we could be very forgiving and sing together sometime"

"Well...and the Mountain," she grins slightly.

A nod. "I would be glad to."
