She chews on a hangnail.

Adam rushes in like a whirlwind.... and stops short. "Oh! Hey. Hey. Hi."

Lily says "Loud"

"...hey."

Snow sniffs, but finds Adam has no fruit

"Oh shit, sorry Lily... shit, sorry, shit, mom....." Increasingly sheepish

"Language"Lily fusses but smiles a bit toothlessly

"It's fine," His mom says "I slipped earlier when Snow talked. I'm still new to Chimera"

She hands her son his favorite soda

"Yeah, they're... uh." His face does a complicated thing.

He takes it without thinking.

"Um. I was gonna take Connor back to the lodge, Lily too. Let the childlings run wild for a bit, you know?"

"Actually, Dagmar, I think I'll take you up on that if it's okay? I could use the time for my passion"

Connor beams a hello at Adam

Adam is still a bit elsewhere.

"Adam?" Proviing she's a mom, she puts the back of her hand gently against her son's forehead to check for fever

He jolts. "No! I'm ok. Fine. Everything's fine." He grins.

"Uh. I'm going to... uh, put my stuff away. Be right back. Thanks." And he runs upstairs.

"My son is odd, and I say that with goat legs" Mrs Thomas smiles though

((Upstairs))

"Nab??"

"Well. Um. We're gonna go. Nice to see you, Mrs. Thomas."

"Connor, hat."

(Upstairs) Nab looks up "Yeah?"

A huff and puff and he bundles up.

Lily is put into clothes and sighs as she is drapped in a sweater and cap too

(Upstairs) "Uh, look, hey.... uh.... does my mom and dad and.... uh, well, the rest of the family know about you?"

"Okay! Expedition!" She holds out both hands for the kids to take.

Lily's mutters "I feel like a catapillar not allowed to be a moth"

"You can molt when we get to the lodge."

"Yay" from with in.

“Yaaay, we can mold.”

(Upstairs) Nab says "Lily does! And your folks ah.. mm not sure "

(Upstairs) Adam is visibly relieved, sags against the door. "Good. Look... I know things have changed but....can you be cool? For a while?"

(Upstairs) "Cool how?" COnfusion "Adam, I've been good, haven;t I?"

"Yes! Yes, absolutely, and .... uh, maybe you take a ride later." He grins sheepishly. "But, uh..... mom's ... Look, it's weird."

Lily downstairs is ready to go with Dagmar "I shall be like a dread moth that will snuff out the moon and cast all into darkness"

(Upstairs) "You..wait, what's weird about your mom? She's a normal satyr, and your dad is getting boned heavy."

"yeah? That sounds like a fun game." Walking the kids out.

"You're nice, Dagmar" Lily says when the Knight understands that childlings need games where they are all powerful

(Upstairs) "Weird -for me-... and thanks for that image, by the way!"

and out the kids go.

(Upstairs) "oh, sorry. Look, your mom has some kinks and I know you worry, but how is that my fault? You want me to hide because you're fraid I'll make it worse?"

(Upstairs) "No, just.... look.... I don't need my mom knowing every detail of my sex life."

Adam looks conflicted.

(Upstairs) "Oh! Oh ..even though she might be okay with it, it would be weird for you, and that would be like cold water on the .. oh gee I think I get it"

(Upstairs) "Yeah." Relieved. "Yeah."

(Upstairs) "Sure sure. Your own secrets are yours especially where your mom is concerned"

A grunt at the compliment. Once at the lodge, the kids are turned loose to play - COnnor is good at hiding, but a sluagh will likely give him a run for his money.

(Upstairs) "Nab... I'll owe you, just.... be cool? With my family, just now?"

Oh yes, Lily's new senses let her give the boy a run for his monopoly money
