Siv comes into the hold "Rivervale!" Ship in bottle in hand. She is filled with delight despite her existential crisis

Frank sticks his head out from the bedroom. "Siv??"

Dag is following (with Symon?), a glowing lance in hand!

Symon trails along after the troll squad, checking his phone for messages. "Oh, shit. Did anyone else get like, a dozen texts from Ann Marie?"

"Dad! I'm home, WE are home!"

Gerd flumps "Being short sucks"

Frank thunders down the stairs to hug Siv.

A small scowl over at Gerd - ever since her togail, she's had at LEAST an inch on him in height.

"My phone's at the Barn... but, well..."

"I mean, if we had told anybody, they woulda said no."

And then Dagmar, and then Gerd.

Siv HUGS her dad "Missed you so much" Then he moves on and she grins "We got the.. I mean..we did it"

"Oh!" Surprise! "Hi Frank."

"Siv, go call your mother's phone? Let her know you're back. She's on a long patrol, you might have to leave a message." He extracts himself from the last hug and turns to Symon.....

.... and offers his hand with a smile. "Good to see you, Symon."

He blinks, and shakes the hand. "You're not mad?"

"It's a Dragonlance. For Skallstryke."

"Will do" Siv says grabbing her phone and putting up the bottle with the Narwhal in it

"No. I'm glad you're back, all of you. And successful?" He looks at Dagmar.

The lance beams and shines with glamour

He reaches back to pat the lance on the handle. "It's not half bad."

She nods. "Dragonlances are magic, and especially made for, well, killing dragons. Symon figured it out."

Frank does not touch it, although he does eye it appreciatively. "Thank you, Symon."

"I just got the idea. Dagmar did the fighting, and Siv was a... a healer? And Gerd... Gerd was..." The memories already fading a bit. "She was so short." A grin.

Frank nods and goes to his desk to collect notepaper. "Here....." he offers it, and pens. "Jot down what you can while you can. Please."

"Whatever Elfy McPointyears"

That from Gerd.

He snickers. "PRINCE McPointy to you."

"Korinne's father was a knight..."

"Oh! The other Lodge! Bristle.. bristle... with the fighting Hearth?"

"Pretty sure it was... Bristlepig? Like a porcupine?" He does not look certain.

"No, that's not right.."

"Bristlepine" Gerd says "The old man in my head is telling me it's Bristlepine."

"The what?"

"Bristlepine. Another lodge. We fought." She writes that down.

"Yeah. They wanted to take the lance - OUR lance, for their own hearth."

"Past Life. been chatty since my togail" Gerd sighs

Siv comes down "Had to text her. She's out of range."

"To fight the same dragon, though. Didn't Vali say we need three fighters?"

Frank nods to Siv. "I know she'll be glad to get it, Siv."

Siv says "And Symon, Anne Marie sent me like two texts... about you, of course."

"...D'ya think Jaymes and Tove were worried?"

"We -did- notice you were all gone." Frank frowns at them. "..... and we did make excuses for you to the school."

"Of course they were, Dagmar."

He nudges Dagmar slightly. "Not like Ann Marie, though. Your parents know you can handle it. I'm sure they -missed- you... but they knew you'd be fine."

"Okay... so, well, it'll be okay."

"I know they were," Siv says texting "Gee I've got a lot to catch up on." Then she smiles at her dad, "You'd be proud of us dad. A lot of it is blurry but we... we did great. Symon actually... led us a lot I think. " Almost surprised

"Sure he did. Brains of the operation."

An uncomfortable shrug. "That was Melchion. He was a prince, and knew what to do."

"He's probably been saying orders and stuff this whole time only in that world we could hear him more often" Gerd declares. "Bossy Sluagh"

then she smirks and winks at Symon
