Foam whispers with embarrassment "I don't know, I have a really good imagination"

She gives Foam a smooch on the cheek. "And that's good. Just try to remember that you can imagine how things can go right, too. Say, did you know you can make music with a glass of water?"

She raises a dubious brow "Like.. gurgling?"

Piper giggles, and sets up a few water glasses with varying amounts of liquid in each, and shows Foam - and the others, if curious - how to tap lightly on the side to hit different notes. A frown at one that's a little off... hummm (tap, pour) hummmm (tap, pour a touch more) hummmm. "There it is!"

"It's singing?" Foam says Surprised as the chimes are tested

"Yup!" And she hands over the spoon so Foam can play. "Whoo." Collapsing back on a chair as the little one is momentarily distracted, she looks to Sally May. "And you do this every day?"

The troll twin boys gasp as well.

Sally Mae laughs "Not so much with the music... and normally I have a large family to take turns of watching the young ones. THese five are new to us here. But you handle them well.." Sally Mae says "And maybe even saved our lives" She pats the girl on the shoulder "i'll get you a drink. What would you like?"

Foam giggles with delight as she plays the glasses

"That was a wonderful idea by the way, should buy her hours of joy" Sally Mae adds

"Ummm. Water, or iced tea?" Listening to Foam playing with a small smile. "Maybe she's got a musician in her. A little Ariel."

"Maybe," Sally mae says and gets some ice tea, then returns, "Piper, no offense to your kith but you must be the hardest working satyress I've ever seen. You sure you don't want more time to off and hang out with wiilders or make music of your own?"

She hands the tea over as she asks

She accepts the glass, gazing into it for a moment and then giving it a quick stir to break the reflection that glinted back at her for a moment. "I've got some making up to do."

"Making up? " Sally Mae says "Sounds.. awfully heavy for someone your age" Ignoring she herself is no grup.

A smile, sipping at the ice tea. "Did you put honey in this? It's good. And oh, playing with the kids IS fun. I'll get plenty of time at school with the other wilders and muggles to hang out. Kids make more sense with less drama, y'know?"

"Oh right, like the bomb scare..." She says "Low drama that" /Tiffany has gone off with a certain nocker giving her the 'bombs don't have to be lethal' speech and no doubt explaining the glories of glitter

A laugh! "I'd rather deal with bombs, then - say, Paulette telling Kayla that she thinks that Brenda was makin' EYES at Trcia, and you KNOW that Tricia doesn't play games around on Paulie." Affecting a valley-girl-gossip tone!

"Oh she did not!" Going along

"MMMMM-hmm!" A laugh. "It's gonna be bad enough when Zane goes into a funk - he's certain he's gonna get dumped when his girl gets sained - I think that's coming up soon? Either there's more sidhe in the sea, or maybe he doesn't give her enough credit? I guess we'll see. After all, no one does dramatic like a satyr in Drama club, right?"

"Well, my upbringing was rather.. shall we say, anti noble so I have some hang ups to get over with sidhe. I did meet this winged redheaded lady. She was..nice. "

"I don't know many myself. Just the Count back home." She is absorbed in stirring her tea once more. "He's... " A shrug. "They're like a storm, you know? Beautiful, like lightning across the clouds, but you don't want to draw it to strike your way..."

"And yet you can't Look away" A sigh

She sighs along, and attempts a small grin. "At least they're not hard on the eyes to look at, right?"

"Definitely not" She admits

"Do you have a special someone... or someones, out there?"

"No. I date, but no one has won me over yet. I'm still going to college so... maybe that's for the best. Sure would be nice to be head over heels, but what person doesn't wish for that? "

"It's hard to be head over heels and still keep your feet on the ground, right? What are you in for? I don't think College is in the cards for me, but I didn't think I'd go back to high school either, so... who knows?"

"Accounting and Finance" She says

"Oh, um. So, lots of math?" Polite interest.

"So much math. See, as a Kinian, I can handle some things most consider more banal.. not the math itself, but the reptition and minutae that has little creative angle. So I get my degree. I go back to the farm and help my kithain cousins and kinfolk out"

"Oh, a farm! Do you raise animals, or grow something, or a little of both? I've never really been to the countryside. Well, unless a petting zoo counts... and I don't think it does."

"Little animal husbandry, mostly crops." She smiles "And no, it doesn't. We've got a hold in Iowa that's..well, very troll centric. I came here to get to college."

"Yo, listen up, here's the story - about a lil' girl that lives in a blue world... and all day and all night and everything she sees is just blue..." She sings with a grin. "I never saw as many trolls as I have been lately. Not that I mind - it's just new!"

"Yeah. I think the only satyrs around here are the Wayburtons and..oh there was one guy... got a stripe in his hair"

"Stripe? Oh, I should do some color... I wonder if there are restrictions at Paschek." Pulling out a lock of pale blond, and eyeing it critically before letting it bounce back into place.

"Oh you reallly need to talk to Sylvi... she's got a gift for make up..though Dagmar helped Siv with her hair stylings"

"Oh, good call. I don't think I've met Sylvi? Maybe? Lots of new faces. But Dagmar I've met, she seems really sweet."

"Dagmar is, and she's come pretty far. I won't share her secrets without her say so but she has had a very had row to hoe"

"Hey, I'm not one to pry. We've all got something, right? I appreciate that, though. I'll look up the Lodge girls and see if they want to play makeover on me before class starts up." A grin.

"Sylvi might even put you in front of a camera if you let her. She's got a youtube channel"

"Really? Huh. I mean, I guess that would be okay? Never really though of making my big debut that way." Chuckling. "Do you think you have everything in hand here, now that Thane Tiffany is back? I could use a nap, maybe, and then see if I can't wrestle up some glamour trolls."

"Yeah, why don't you go the lodge and rest there now actually. You're still a mite faded" The Kinian says. "I'm sure Tiffany can keep the kids in..."

There's an explosion in the back yard

and it begins to rain gallons of pink foam

"THAT IS WHAT WE"RE TALKING ABOUT!" Tiffany whoops!

"FURK YES! I AM THE GREATEST!" Margillita says!

"...line. " Sally Mae winces, "Just.. go while you can before they flood the place in silly putty or something"

"Gotcha!" And she makes her sneaky getaway!
