"Oh, Buddy... how did you get here?"

He gazes up at Sam, the down to his paws, and sits up “pretty” waving front paws comically. On his feet, obviously.

A soft chuff that's almost a laugh. "Right, of course." Ear-rumple.

He leans into the ruffle, eyes almost closing in bliss. Then, remembering his duties, or perhaps manners, he stands, ‘points’ at Adam, one paw raised properly, and says, ‘Rrr?’

"We're going to the Lodge."

Adam seems stuck watching Nadeen.

He moves over and stands between Nadeen and Adam, ears pricked forward. Guard dog! Comical... 30lb... fluffy tailed... guard dog?

"ooooo-kay."

He is tall, with angular features. Short, curly brown hair and green eyes. Handsome. And... a mortal in voile.

Head tilts this way, and that. Leaning forward and sniffing at the odd one.

"Thank you, Buddy." Nadeen says

"Ok. Um. Let's go? Don't know if we'll all fit in Siv's car.."

"We should, if Buddy rides a lap..."

If ones whole body could wag, it does. He is a GOOD boy. Wait, Car?! He looks around to see if it’s in sight. CAR RIDE! Spins in a circle!

"Well, we need to blind fold Adam" Siv says

"Won't the Mists take care of it?"

"What? Why?"

Buddy sits, and scratches at his neck. The bandana there flaps as his leg moves.

"He saw Chimera before the Enchantment, I'd like not to take the risk"

Siv says "Sorry, big guy. Hold on a sec." She eyes the bandanna "Nope. Can't bring myself to take it from him. Let me check my car"

she goes to the glove compartment "Here we go.. scarf from the winter still here."

Buddy jumps into the car when the door is opened, and plops his butt in the shotgun seat, paws on the dash. CAR RIDE!

"Buddy, can you share shotgun?"

"I'll roll down the window."

The dog hops out, waiting for Sam to get in, though with barely contained excitement. Paws a’tappin.

Sam sits and pats her broad lap.

He hops in and arranges himself to stick his nose out the promised window, hopefully dainty paws not kicking any sensitive spots. But he’s not a very big dog. Though, floof tail IS tickling her.

She tries to smoosh a sneeze!

And Adam ends up blindfolded with a scarf by the girl in a bikini and she pushes him into her car. Why this doesn't look odd at all

"This is some weird fantasy......"

Zane smirks "Dude, you should have been a satyr. Shame."

They all crowd in..it's a tight fit but they make it

"Dude, I wouldn't survive....." Muttered to Zane.

And they drive Siv sighing "Okay, while we drive, Adam >i'm going to read you our Escheat, our rules by which changelings, ,that's we fae folk, live. "

"You need to know of them so you don't screw up" She adds

"Does it apply to kinain? I mean, they're good rules..."

"Some of them definitely apply. He won't want to be ravaged. Trust me." And she starts to recite them.

"Nobody wants that."

"Oh... kay?" A bit lost, but trying!

Dag tries to read more of the book around her lapful of pooka.

Zane says "It's okay man, no one expects you to get it first thing..."

and that's when They pull up

"Dude, Zane, this is......"

".... Dude, at this point I just don't want anyone to eat me, ok?"
