"Yeah, fine, hold on." He storms back to his room to get a book (hoping to see Siv there....).

Siv is there "Well?"

"She wants a freakin' replacement...." He grabs a few and goes back.

"Wow, little sisters are pushy" Siv says then blinks "Oh... that's why Jess is that way"

"Here, ok? Now give me my book."

"Here.." She swaps, "And next time please knock or you wont' be invited to our book club"

"Fine!" He stomps out and back to his room.

"Got it. Now, can you get out with me or do you have to go out the window. People are going to notice you in and out of the window!"

Siv smirks "Now I kind of want to leap out again."

Nadeen is -built- to short-circuit guys; apparently Siv (at least in a bikini) has a similar power.

"Hey, I'm sorry I made this on hard mode for you..." She regrets the chosen word immediately but continues "But secrecy is essential of our nature. Okay? Do not tell folks about giants or what monsterrs or weird creatures you're seeing."

"Who would I tell!?!? I'd sound crazy. I might -be- crazy!"

"Huh, score one for Sam there" She admits "YUp. They'd probably put you on some chemicals that make your brain 'stable' at risk of making your testes shrink. That would suck I'm sure" Siv's expression is as stoic as any her father has ever managed

Jaw drop.

A beat. "I, uh, I don't want small... I mean... I don't want that."

"Then I know you'll keep our secrets. Come on. let's go. Want to see our lodge?"

"Do I?" Not an enthusiastic endorsement of the idea but a genuine question.

"Mmm well, we may blind fold you. Come on..." Siv says

...meanwhile below, Nadeen is saying "I still think he's a threat to us all"

Adam's education is certainly being expanded. He follows Siv, WITH the book.

"We need kinain, don't we?"

"Seems a good thing to find new people."

"PErhaps, but in the old lands we'd have him under several cantrips to ensure loyalty, and we know Sir Frank won't do that" A sigh from Nadeen "Seelie"

"Well, you just can't enslave people these days. This is America."

Siv almost ALMOST gets seen by Adam's dad. Which would have raised some questions.

BUt out they come

With Nadeen says "It's Concordia... and if you think other holds don't..." THen she sees Siv come out with Adam behind her.

"Well, it's wrong. So we don't do it here." Seelie.

Zane says "Yeah... that's ah.. problem with that and he seems like an okay guy and HEEEY adam howyadoing?"

Adam looks entranced as he follows Siv.

Siv tries not to look too pleased Ach. I'm a shallow creature

Then she remembers Dagmar is there so turns and takes the book from him and shows it to the others "here it is."

"I found it at the game store, the one Zane told me about."

"Can I look?" Hands out.

SHe hands it over

Adam at least makes a reasonable attempt not to ogle.

(He hasn't met Siv's father.)

She flips through, skimming it.

"When I couldn't find it, I thought I imagined it, like everything else.... like everything I thought I was imaging... but my kid sister had it and...."

Giants...Fauns.. Elves... the names are slightly off but the drawings are scary close and the descriptions...

"Shit. Yeah, guys, we need to tell Chief."

"Look, I'm not... you know, crazy, right, and thinking you all are different things because I read this, right?"

"The drawing kind of LOOKS like mo.. the Chief" Siv says at the picture of the Giantess

"Hunh." She checks to see if the other kiths resemble fae she knows....

Adam looks from one to another... hits Nadeen and goes off line again.

“Boof.” Buddy agrees, peering up, though he can only see the back of the book from his vantage point. Which is, lower. When did he show up? And why is there mustard on his nose?

Nadeen eyes Adam's reaction and ponders exhaling to test Zane's theory.
