Sylvi's expression goes from curious to uncomfortable to mildly disgusted pretty quickly. "Um...but...it was apparently worth trying again, huh?"

"I shoudl not say this but.." A look left and right 'YES. I mean.. you know how we think it's just the boys who really want it?"

"Well...I mean, I think all the people in the room know that's not true."

She laughs "Okay.. 'we think' aint' we.. ." A nod "Well... trust me, when everything... syncs up it can feel fantasy.. I mean... tingles galore and more... they say it's not addictive till you have it so to speak" then "But I should point out that Bancroft was.. ah, shall we say attentive? I mean...I called him Lump, but in the sack he ah.. when he learned what I liked he doubled down." BRIGHT Blush

Sylvi bites her lip, also blushing deeply, After a moment, "I...um...right. Yeah." A pause. "Colton...well...I wouldn't be, um, his first."

"Oh.. right well.." She ponders "is.. well.. are you worried you won't compare?"

"I..." A stressed shrug. "I don't want to mess it up somehow. I don't want to, y'know, be a disappointment...."

"Or embarrassing."

"hey... I felt similar pressures.. even though I was Bancroft's first, least I think I was... " She says "He said I was and no reason to think a guy would lie. But you know that sexist sterrotyping your dad goes on about? It actually works in your favor here. Girls are ..excused for being a little less knowledgeable, 'purer' " A roll of her eyes "Not that I think much of the 'whore maddonna duality ' but..." she puts a hand against Sylvi's shoulder "You will..when you are ready, be SHARING yourself... any man who mocks you for not being perfect the first time? He didn't deserve you anyway. Flat out. Besides... he MIGHT get a kick out of teaching you how he likes it. Then later, you teach him how YOU like it. It's .. it's a journey, not a switch"

"I guess...." A sigh. "I just hope the way I like it works with the way he likes it. Heck, I hope I can figure out how I like it! I mean...how unfair is that, that there's different ways of it and you have to experiment and that means sometimes you're NOT going to like it and then is it because of what you did or is it because of who you did it with, and what if you try a lot of things but you're just not liking it and then you're already in this thing with this person but you're not liking it even if you like them and...." a breath "...and like that."

at that, Siv actually chuckles, "Aye that... trust me... we had the same sort of situation come up. I guess.. I guess that is why they say it's best with someone you love, you know? Not because somoene you don't love might not be fantastic at it... but with someone you love you can... communicate, talk if you need to and .. save the judgement... each can look into better ways to share with less chance of shame, and more trust. And trust is..oh god it's so important."

Sylvi's quiet as she thinks about that...and the silence drags out for a bit. She has her chin propped on her hand while she mulls it over.
