Tove and May come up.. the latter almost dragging the former.

"Maybe we could get him up without pulling out the... barbs..."

"We should call a vet or ... something?" May says

"Siv's mom is a ranger..."

Tove looks down and looks appalled. "I don't think the.. .I don't think Siv's mother is nearby." She ponders "jaymes hunts, not like THIS, but he might know how to handle.. wait...my father could help."

"Your father?" May is baffled, "how could he...?"

"Torin knows lots of stuff." She shrugs. "Like... mountain man things."

"Alas, he's not too big on texting. May, sorry to do this to you again, but please go to where my father lives, it's that small building at.." She names the local, "And get him. Tell him it's like that time I fell on some nails as a girl."

"OUCH" May says stunned by the image. "You're lucky you didn't get lockjaw"

"Jeez, yeah. Hurry, May! Good thing you're the fast one.."

"I ... right" May rushes off.

Tove looks at the Garou, "You know that we're special, right?"

A nod from Lupita. "yeah, same here..well ,not in the same way but... I know how to keep secrets."

Dag lays on the dirt, reaching down to gently pet the dog. "Poor guy. It's gonna be okay."

The dog looks hungry, hurt, and in bad shape to say the least, but responds to the kindness shown with whimpers. Theo is big, for a terrier, but still puny compared to trolls..and no dog, bit or small, looks good like this.

"I know, buddy."

"Do you think this was the jagoff that was hunting Snow?"

'I don't know," Tove admits. "here, feed this too the dog, it'll ease the pain" a snack with something wrapped up in it.

Dag nods, and offers down the treat.

"I might be able to ask the trap? I'm not very good at whispering stuff..."

"Depends on the complexity of the prop involved"

Theo seems to whimper less, going numb

"Right, moving parts seem beyond me."

"And DEAD sticks, but no plants. It's bullshit."

"I got no idea what you two are talking about but..." Lupita looks up, "But your father is coming, Tove."

Torin comes in and looks down, "Damn. Normally I'd suggest putting the poor creature out of his misery"

The old man claps, and glamour flies, as does heat as the wounds are cauterized!

Even numbed, poor Theo wakes and let's loose a yelp of pain that makes folks feel guilty just for sharing a species with whoever set this trap.

"I know, I know...." She cradles the pup like spun glass.

Poor Theo shudders but... seems better

"You can move him to the lodge now, but he's still weak and fragile"

"That's a good buddy. You're gonna be okay."

"Where's May?"

"Well, I gathered we didn't want her to see me do that so I gave her another random errand to run. I think she's getting irked" he admits
