Siv forces a smile on her face

A shrug - but she doesn't pull further away from the touch, even if she is tense. "I... I think maybe I was a bit much."

"I think you made a fine satyr, Dame Dagmar, but I think you make a finer troll." The baroness nods, then looks to Siv and Kerri. "Perhaps we should leave you to the supervision of the bale for a time. My Heart, would you please escort me on a walk? I'd very much like to see the lands."

"Thank you, Baroness..."

"Enjoy," Siv smiles to her folks "Might spook the locals about a take over so be kind"

A light laugh, and then she and her boggan trueheart are out the door.

"i'm going to miss the smaller shoe size" Siv confesses then looks over at Dagmar "And Aunt Kerri's right, Dagmar. You're a fun satyr, but a great troll" a smikle

"Well, you ask Klump, he just thought we could "change our meat." He didn't even notice!"

"That's hilarious." She pauses "Or very wise of him. Not sure"

Siv turns as sounds go from the kitchen. seems the Hearth has discovered the damage

"Between dad as a boggan and herself as a sluagh, the kitchen may have been tweaked quite a lot"

"Oh, I bet..." Fidget, chafing her upper arms. "I think my hoodie is in the woods."

"I guess it can wait til morning. Tove probably has a few hours left... but I might head home..."

"We'll find it, but you look okay without it, you know that right?"

Siv looks at her "Hey, look, if you want your hoodie, that's your look. I get it, and you may not share with the world... but you know you're always welcome to hug me right?"

"I don't.. I... I feel kinda exposed, I guess. But maybe... I mean, when it's hot.."

Purple, again. "Well, satyrs are really touchy-feely."

"They are..." She says "But that doesn't mean hugs are unwelcome from me. Just saying." agrin "Look on the bright side. Nadeen is probably beautifully mortified"

A soft groan. "Nope. Not going to worry about it until tomorrow."

"Wise" She repeats but for her now "Sure you don't want to hang out here, take it easy? It's up to you, of course"

"If I stay, I'm going to get drafted for kitchen duty."

"I don't mind, but I wanna see how things worked out for my parents..."

"AH, I hear you..aslo, Odin and Twobit probably miss you. " Siv goes towardss her '"About to hug you, not to mock either. You tell me back off I will"

"Well.. well, I guess that'd be okay.."

"Thanks , cuz" She hugs her

She allows it, briefly, before stepping back. "Well! Adventure!"

"And how!" She agrees with a smile despite it all. a bit of sorrow in her eyes "off with you now, we will adventure again, as trolls even"

"Still haven't been to Firnost."

"Just sayin'." A wave and she heads off for home.

"We'll go soon" She calls after

Odin, of course, has opinions about this neglect! This... this madness! Oh yes, complaints will be lodged!

Well then, first things first - pet the cat.

On mother's day, chores have been done, not just the ones expected, but above and beyond. Extra sweeping, cleaning, laundry done, coffee supplies seen to.

At the Barn, Dagmar is making eggs. And toast. She burned the homefries, the stink of which might wake up Tove...

At the barn... Tove rises up, and walks over wearing a robe, "What's going on in ... oh" she smiles as she suspects

The wilder has a look of stubborn determination on her face, all somber and serious. There's a tray waiting, with coffee, and OJ, and flowers!

"Oh no! Tove, you're supposed to be in bed!"

"I am?" She says "Why?"

"Sure you don't want help?" She says

A huff, stubborn jaw. "No. It's Mother's Day!"

The jaw softens, uncertainty, and she brings up her hand to chew at a hangnail. "I mean.."

"Oh" realization and a pleased look that she tries to tone down "Then I am doing it wrong aren't I? I'll go back to bed. "

"You aren't wrong? You could stay. If you wanted. I'm almost done."

"What would you like? I've never done a mother's day from this sidee. "

"I.. I don't know? I don't really know how this works."

"I don't have a present." She frowns.
